I purchased my first pre-built through cyberpowerpc at the start of the pandemic. I had so many issues but the biggest two were overheating and not being able to upgrade to windows 11. I was nervous about buying another pre-built, but I'm very happy I chose to go with Velztorm. Shipping was extremely fast, may have been due to the fact I live pretty close to them. It was packed with care, all components arrived looking brand new. Everything works perfectly. The case seems great for air flow, I can't get the GPU over 60 degrees celsius no matter what I throw at it. At this point I have lost count how many times in the last hour this computer has just randomly crashed on me. I think I'm at 7 times now? Maybe 8. I did noticed that my NVIDIA graphics drivers were out of date so I got those set up now. I'm going to reach out to support on Monday to see if there's any further diagnostics that can be fixed. On a positive note, this is a blazingly fast computer and boot up is a blink of an eye. Update. As soon as I got the newest Nvidia drivers installed things stabilized and hasn't crashed since. Upgraded to 2 stars. You'd think they would turn this on before they sent it out. ... show more

First, if you're looking for a review about how well this renders games you won't find it here. I use this to convert our BluRays so I can play them in my media center without scratching them. I also convert them to the x265 format to save space, so the conversion process tends to be a little bit longer than it is for other formats. If you are doing conversions, video editing, or anything requiring serious computing power this PC will do great. I can't speak for games - sorry (I don't game). By the way - I cut my time in half on a BluRay I transcoded today. My old PC wasn't slow by any means - I9-9900. Quickly - this thing is a beast. The case is nice and sturdy, both sides easily come off but are not loose by any means. The cabling was well thought out, and in face most of the internal cables are strapped down with velcro bands. There is even a bag included in the HDD rack that has a bunch of extra bands, along with some extra screws for things like attaching HDD/SSD drives to the rack for HDDs or removable plates for the SSDs. There is a bag with all the manuals, some more extra parts, and even a USB key with drivers on it. There was a lot of thought put into this build. I had one issue I had to send a message to the seller about and they were great, and very prompt in getting back to me. Honestly I figured they would because the PC ended up getting to me a day before it was supposed to. The only thing I can think of that might give some people grief is if you are small, or can't lift heavier things that are "awkward". I had to fit this in a wire rack with very little overhead clearance and it was tough. It is heavy and there really isn't a great place to get a good grip on the case. So if you're worried about that, get it anyway and ask someone to help lift it. You won't regret it. ... show more

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I needed a powerful PC for photography and intensive photo stacking for astrophotograhy and all the new AI products like TopazLabs. Indirectly, I ordered a tower that met all my needs. This place will get a 5 star rating when they ship the computers with a user guide and a direct support phone number. I do recommend their product. Pro: The Velztorm line is custom assembled at this location in OR from parts received from various sources. One can custom build a dream machine by going to their website velztorm.com. I needed some direct customer service and received a call back the next working day from Alton. He was very patient and understood my need. Fortunately, I had figured out the resolution on my own. Con: The computer arrived with no quick setup guide nor referral to a digital guide. A few off pieces were in the box that I did not at first intuitively (as a not tech) did not know what to do with. As I purchased through a marketplace, the middleman had no tech support. By the time I got off the marketplace support chat, the product seller/shipper was closed. Eventually, I got it all sorted and am up and running. The company does not advertise, so I found them through a marketplace. I do not think they have 24/7 tech support. I advised the employee/tech support, that Making a setup guide for website, YouTube or print would go a long way to support their customer base and grow a loyal following. Also, 24/7 tech support or at least a recorded support request line would be great. Unlike other reviewers, I do not begrudge a seller from having a markup. It is up to the buyer to compare prices from various sources. Therefore, I do not agree with the 1 or 2 star ratings based on that. ... show more
