I truly cannot imagine a more comfortable, and well made upholstered swivel/desk chair than this one. I looked over hundreds of chairs over the period of 4 days. Most had equally mixed ratings/opinions regarding the quality and comfort. Knowing that everyone is different, I ultimately chose this one and I am THILLED that I did! This is one of my favorite furniture pieces I've got in my room. It hits my upper back/mid-shoulders perfectly to support me. Buy it! Casters installed correctly + tightened hardware = durable Logistics: ☆☆☆☆☆ The chair arrived 3 days prior to estimated delivery date 👍🏼 Instructions/assembly: ☆☆☆☆ Great, although as demonstrated in my review video, the casters need a few (or more), attempts to get them to fully insert, which would be helpful to know. Otherwise, very simple. Total time to assemble: ☆☆☆☆☆ easily 5 mins, unless you have to "dink" around getting the casters completely inserted. Overall: ☆☆☆☆+ I would have given a 5☆☆☆☆☆ review IF: 1. the instructions noted the 'dinking around' that may be necessary for casters to fully insert (perhaps a drawing of 'ok' & 'not ok" 🤷♀️) 2. The chair itself looks good, it came in good shape and seems sturdy, but that's all the good feedback that I have about it. My biggest issue with it is that the seat is short; I like to sit cross legged when I'm working for a long period of time, but I can't do that comfortably. The material is slightly slippery, so that doesn't help. I also can't put my baby on my lap since there's little room and there seems to be a slope due to the seating not being deep enough. I know it's not a nursery chair, but it looked more spacious in the picture than it actually was, and so I thought that would work out. The other reviews were spot on about the lack of back support, it's pretty bad. Adding a pillow for lumbar support would leave even less room on the seat. The chair is on the firmer side and not particularly comfortable, in my opinion. Finally, the seller charges $54 to return the chair! That's a quarter of what I paid, so of course I'm going to look for an alternative to returning it. Apparently the seller handles their own shipping. I didn't know in advance that it would be different from any other Amazon purchase I've made, and I wouldn't have taken a chance had I known. ... show more

This chair was delivered hours ago and I love it! It’s comfortable, sleek, and fits all 185 pounds of me in the seat. Easy to put together…it took maybe 15 minutes. Hopefully the chair holds up because I would hate to change my review a few days, weeks, or even months down the road. I was looking for something outside the ordinary as oppose a traditional office chair, in the shabby chic category (chair is a dusty rose color), and this fits my personal requirement. Was tired of having a gaming chair and wanted something that looks more refined. This is lovely, I got the green. It's beautiful 💚 Pros: -soft -I like where the back hits since I don't like headrests (I'm short at 5' nothing) -green and gold look great together -the arms don't get stuck on the desk because they slope down -easy to assemble cons: -might be hard to clean -could use more padding in the seat -doesn't go very low of note: -smells like hemp, not a bad smell but it's not odorless (at least mine isn't) -static, my hair likes to stick to it but probably also my climate helping that I did put a faux fur material tucked into the seat mostly because I know I'm clumsy and I wanted to protect the seat from my inevitable spills. Overall I would recommend to someone who wants a better aesthetic than gaming and office chairs. You may want to buy an extra seat cushion though. ... show more
