This is review is long overdue but I love my chair. It's super comfy. It's a little lower than and I expected but it's still great! It's the perfect reading chair! The customer service is also amazing. My initial chair was missing pieces and couldn't be assembled fully.I contacted them, they tried to help me resolve the problem immediately. When all options failed, they sent me replacement immediately.

A year ago I bought the gray one so it matched everything. I moved this year and wanted a pop of color. Since everyone fights over this chair when they come i wanted to get another, so I ordered 1 red chair. It didn't look right with one red and one gray. So I moved the gray one to the spare room and got another red on. The red is so pretty. I can't explain how much I love them My family fights over these chairs because of how comfortable they are. Comfy enough for a nap but you will have a sore neck. These chairs are worth every penny I spent on 3 of them. Putting them together, is a bit of a pain. But we'll worth it. They are light weight so easy to move once you have them together.

Edit: The longer I have this chair, the better I like it. I still don't like the color as it's way too dark compared to my monitor. But it is actually pretty comfy. Where it is used needs another chair, and changing color might not look great. So thinking about ordering another one of these. Having said that, at this point, I would tell anyone to go ahead and buy it. Still love the fact its easy to wipe off the cat hair. Upped rating to 4 star instead of 3. Loved the looks of this chair and ordered the green. The green didn't look much like what it looked like on my monitor, favoring more of a dark avocado gray. It needs super good lighting to show decent color. I really disliked it and nearly sent it back, but decided to make the best of it. It isn't the most comfortable chair, nor the worst. Because of the tilt, it can be difficult getting out of for short legged people. A back cushion helps for this. I'm about 5'1" and have a long torso so there is no where to comfortably rest my head should I want to, and I usually want to. It was fairly easy to put together for an old lady of 80. One thing I do like is cat hair is really easy to remove from the fabric. That alone gives it the 3 stars.

Just do not buy - i live on Amazon. Every single thing in my house comes from Amazon. And i’ve always had a wonderful experience. But this seller made this purchase a nightmare. 1) Product was delivered with damaged parts. I realized that very quickly, took the necessary pics and sent it to them assuming they would simply send me a replacement for the part or the product. Easy enough. No. 2) Horrible 5-6 day negotiation starts. They offer everything except organize a pick up for the damaged product. They ask me to dispose of it or donate (a broken product!!!) 3) Finally they issue a full refund acting like they are doing me a favour. 4) The product is such poor quality that the leg which is a simple slide on wouldn’t come off! It wouldn’t even dismantle properly. I had to pay $70 to a junk removal agency to get this removed from my patio because after 12 calls AND Amazon instructing them to get it picked up they simply refused to. DO NOT BUY from people like this. They did not apologize once for my poor experience instead kept making it sound like they were doing me a favour. Buy from someone else - so many good people selling products they are proud of on Amazon.

UPDATE - I love this chair! My husband loves this chair. My son loves this chair. It has become THE spot for the whole household. I can't get over how comfortable it is. Basically like sitting on a marshmellow. Better yet, a cloud. A fluffy, cozy, comfy cloud. Just wanted to update and confirm that this purchase is a win. :) ************************************** I was on the fence about this chair for almost 2 months. I kept looking at others but always coming back to this one but I was hesitant due to the high cost of shipping. I am SO GLAD I went for it. This chair is everything I hoped it would be! I'm short, 5'3 and it snuggles me just right. It is such a cozy and attractive chair. I bought the grey and while the fabric doesn't appear super high end, it's still nice and very soft. Overall I am really pleased and plan to purchase a second one. As a side note - don't expect much from the foot stool, thin and unimpressive. But the chair - 100% worth it.
