I bought SW5-1 kit and installed it. Very easy to install, and was pleased with the picture and end result. I decided I wanted a second camera for another view of the trailer I was pulling. I purchased the wrong camera for the SW5-1...thinking they were all compatable. Called customer service and found out that they were not conpatable. Figured I was just S.O.L Yet costomer service said they would send me out the correct camera to match my set-up. I am 80 years old. In these 80 years this is the best I have been treated, by far, by any costomer service I have ever delt with. I highly recommend the Vekooto Co.

I really wanted to like this. Seemed like the perfect solution for our truck camper. Worked flawlessly for first two trips and after trying multiple cables and outlets, cannot get it to charge or turn on. A complete waste of money.

Very strong magnet! And overall just feels well built and bullet proof. It's so easy to set up and I really like that there is a way to adjust the level/distance meter on the screen. My current car backup camera does not have this, so the angle has to be set just right in order for it to work. There are many ways to mount the interior screen which is well made as well. It's perfect for a trailer, and even older RVs that don't come with a cam. Pretty essential if you ask me.

After returning a different camera which was non-functional, I purchased this one as an upgrade. Followed directions carefully, and with the camera fully charged I was able to obtain a decent image from behind my vehicle. Sadly, the camera will not stay synced to the monitor inside the vehicle very long; it drops out after a few minutes and cannot de resynced from the screen, requiring stopping and getting out of the vehicle and pushing the sync button on the edge of the camera. Image again drops out after a short while. Have tried numerous solutions, including repositioning the camera and using longer antennas screen with no success. This is a cheap product that does not performed as advertised. Save your money and get something that is hard wired to your vehicle. It may cost you more but chances are it will work as much better Products like this sour you to "made in China" products, which is unfair, as the Chinese are able to manufacture better consumer goods. Just beware the price, if it is low chances are the quality will be equally deficient.

Im a mobile detailer and bought this item because I work out of my van but since I have it loaded with equipment my rear view mirror is completely blocked so I can't see behind me most of the time. Installing this was extremely easy, you just mount the display on your dashboard, connect it to power, and stick the camera on a magnetic surface. I was really impressed at how quickly I set it up. My favorite feature is the camera itself. I used to run a dash camera but that would mean I had a wire running across the entire van and it would always disconnect. This one is solar powered so I dont have that issue, and I can easily remove it and place it somewhere else if I please. it also shows those back up lines on the display so you dont get too close to anything.

Unit works well but the antenna is cheap and it won’t work without it. If you change the angle a few times, the plastic detents won’t work anymore. If you get this unit, immobilize the antenna on the camera
