Only place I could find this ebike was on Amazon and their website/store based out of Las Vegas. So I drove 5 hours to Las Vegas so I could test ride this ebike before I purchased it. They were super nice and helpful letting me check it out. I am very happy with the bike and put over 30 miles on it yesterday and pulled my 2 year old in her trailer about 1/3 of that with it. The bike was very well packaged in its box and covered with protective wrap. I do suggest if you are not very mechanically inclined have someone else finish the assembly for you. Putting the front fork/steering stem assembly together is a little different than traditional bikes. That being said the bike rides great and even comes with working front fork suspension and a spring/suspension seat. The 1000 watt motor had no issue pulling me and my kid around even on a mild sand covered dirt road. The fat tires did great on and off road! The headlight has a low and high mode but doesn’t seem to draw much power considering how bright it actually is. Easily beats out cheaper led bicycle lights and looks great! I will say the battery charger does get pretty toasty but from talking to other electric bike manufacturer owners I am told that most of them do. I rode this bike all over my town yesterday and last night doing everything I could to drain the battery just to see how far I could get. I found out it will do some pretty steep grades and if you use pedal assist that battery will last quite a while (the 30 miles I did was with pedal assist). Also the battery can be charged on, or taken out of the bike and charged elsewhere. I plan to do a YouTube video in the near future because I just simply did not find much out there about this ebike. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and I do recommend it. EDIT; I added more information and the last 2 photos on a 45 mile ride locally we did. On mostly flat terrain and a few gentle inclines while pulling my kid in her trailer I got about 45 miles on level 2 power assist and my pedaling gently, had about 17% battery left at end of ride. I have not noticed any difference in battery life while running the headlight or not. This ebike is great. With the extra weight of the trailer and some steeper hill descents I did upgrade the front brakes to a 220mm rotor and 4 piston caliper by Magura. Bike seems well built I do not believe it will travel 25 miles on a charge so far I have ridden 4 miles and used 30% of the battery life
