Arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed. Assembly is a big task but with one helper I was able to get it done in about an hour. My bed frame is adjustable, so I can't speak to the dimensions being perfect, but again, it worked for me. Directions were clear and all materials were in the box. Assembly was GREATLY helped by a drill with a hex bit to ensure maximum sturdiness and speed over using the Allen wrench manually. I'm a heavy person and so is my partner and this box spring is perfectly strong and silent when we lay on it our mattress. For context, our bedframe is an adjustable metal frame with a center support bar. Once constructed, the box spring is light weight and easy to maneuver during the process. Looking forward to being able to take this apart the next time we move, rather than struggling to pivot a giant wooden boxspring. I'm convinced the reviews about a lack of sturdiness was a result of folks not being very tool savvy. I'm very pleased with this product.

After hip surgery my grandma couldn’t get into her bed with a standard box spring. We ordered this one and it did NOT disappoint! Assembly is easy and directions are clear. It is very lightweight I’m not all that strong and got it on the frame with ease all by myself. It looks nice and you can’t tell it was a cheap build it yourself thing. The height is perfect for her no more trying to climb into the bed or having to be lifted into it. The only down side is the box spring is slightly smaller than the frame so to keep it from wiggling around when she gets in and out of bed I had to wedge it in place. Overall we’re VERY happy with it especially for the price!

When I opened the package and started setting it up, I felt this was a 5-star product. Everything was labeled, the directions were readily understood and well packaged. It was about 10min to un-package everything, and about 20min to assemble. It was at the last step of assembly that this product went from a 5-star to a 4-star. All of the "slat" bars that run between the center line and the outer edges drop into slots. There is some gap; the length is not precise; but that part is okay. The HUGE problem is that there is ZERO attachment, they simply drop into slots. This means that you can't readily pick up the frame and tilt it -the slats will fall out. In moving from my assembly area, and again with dropping the mattress on top, a number of slats did fall out. I was able to reach under the bed frame and re-install the slats. A manufacturing upgrade of perhaps a package of plastic/rubber slide over sleeves would solve the issue. I would suggest that you take painters tape and tape down each slat in the final stage of assembly. Other that the one issue, it is a very well made kit, and I would still recommend it.

Piece of junk. No structure to the center longitudinal, so it sags at least an inch in the middle, taking the mattress with it. And a pain to assemble. Better products virtually snap together, this one has a zillion little screws that are difficult to assemble. I need to use it, so I supported the middle with blocks of wood. No one should have to do this! I'd return the junk if I hadn't already tossed the packaging...

This box spring is exactly what’s advertised—easy to assemble and very sturdy once put together. It provides solid support and feels durable enough to last. The only issue I found is that it seems to be an inch or two short on the width. I actually had to secure a 2×4 to the bed frame to make sure the mattress stayed in place and my parents didn’t risk slipping into the gap during the holidays. Overall, this is a good choice if you want a heavy-duty and affordable foundation, but be prepared to make adjustments if your mattress doesn’t fit snugly. Best for guest rooms or setups where sturdiness matters more than perfect sizing.

If you look at the reviews you'll see everyone's complaining about getting the wrong size "box spring" cover and I got this to function as a super low profile frame so i didn't need the cover and guess what...I got a wrong size cover like the other folks leaving reviews. It doesn't bother me one bit though because I don't need it and otherwise this frame is great. It took about 90 min of me taking my time to assemble it solo, I would wager someone with knowledge and in a rush could probably have it done within 30min. Pros: Easy to follow pictorial based directions True to size and fully functional Includes all the tools needed to assemble Sturdy once built Aesthetically pleasing (industrial aesthetic) Good price Cons: Surprising number of parts to assemble The box spring cover was definitely the wrong size Bottom Line: As a super low profile sturdy frame you can't go wrong with this but if sadly it ships with the wrong size box spring cover so keep that in mind.
