The power supply to this light failed in under 60 days. Amazon directed me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller (who is the parent company of the brand Amaran) and the brand (Amaran) responded to me that I had to contact the Amazon seller (Apurture)... who is the parent company of the brand anyways. Yes you are reading this correctly, it's a cycle loop from hell. The light still works but the power supply that it requires does not. I simply ask for an exchange of the power supply and provided all documentation they asked for an offline customer service. As of this writing I cannot recommend this product or this company as they refuse to support a product they manufacture and sold me, by creating an endless loop to avoid accountability. If you are like me and use these lights for your livelihood you cannot afford to have it fail or any downtime. I have always kept the product in a controlled environment and unplugged when not in use, stored in a controlled environment indoors, So there's no reason the power supply should fail with only a few hours of use total. ... show more
