The frame design is excellent all the cabling has proper welded mounts to stay away from wheels. If you're on the heavier side like I am the front forks will bottom out (spring suspension not air spring ) and don't expect to get the full 28mph, I hover around 24.5mph. Can go on roads or paths, but not great on gravel or bumpy terrain - my roads are far from perfect. The cargo rack I added myself and I swapped out the twisting shifter for a thumb operated on so I can reach the throttle better. Cables are interior but that also comes with a cost... The front lamp cord wasn't long enough from the factory and ripped out of the lamp. It's a start, but plan on replacing the front fork, shock absorbing seat post, and adding a 4000+ lumen flashlight as the included light isn't very bright. Upgrading the brakes to a 4 piston set as the front disc bent during transport. Hopefully shipping will improve as this is great for a tall and lighter person than me. My seatpost is all the way down, comfy ride but hard getting on and off. 4 out of 5 , decent value - but room for improvement. ... show more

I've had this bike for almost a year now and have ridden over 600 miles on it. The motor is strong and the range is good. The brakes did have issues so I ended up upgrading and the gear shift has required some adjustment. One warning I would give about this bike is that most bike shops are not very willing to assist you simply because it's a online retailer and not something they care to maintenance ... show more

So many issues with this ebike, Manufacturer and seller is difficult to work with. First ebike I ordered came in late with front wheel and spokes bent, cut brake cable, scratches and dents all around the bike from the battery being loose in packaging, and the battery life reads 80% when full charge. They compensated me by sending me a second bike which was really nice, but it came in worse condition than the first one. The derailleur was completely bent along with the frame of the bike. The wires on the motor were frayed and motor was installed upside down as well. LCD screen issues with this bike also reading 80% on a full charge. Seller asked me to go to local bike shop and they will pay for parts and labor. Took both bikes to shop, they did what they could for $270 but both bikes still unusable because of bent frame, wheels and motors wires being frayed. Seller will not accept my return or pay back money I spent at bike shop. Bad seller, bad bike, do not buy. ... show more

Ordered TWO bikes, got ONE…the one we did get the battery only charges to 80% and when you start to pedal goes to 50%. You have contact the Seller through Amazon, then wait for a response, have done that every day for 4 days. Each time the Seller responds in the most broken English response you can not understand what they trying to say, via VM & email. After 4 still no resolve, refund, replacement, help…just another message and wait 24-48hours. ... show more

This bike is a great bike to get you to work. If you run into issues veelfella responds with great customer service. The bike is comfortable and lightweight but also has big enough tires for climbing my but not too big for using it without electricity it’s an overall good commuting bike.
