I researched e-bikes under $1,000. I’ve read hundreds of reviews, watched YouTube videos. I wanted a bike that felt like my mountain bike. I chose the Veefa X2 based on the reviews, the specs, and the 27.5” wheels. We bought two step throughs. They arrived in one week, completely well packed and intact. Assembly was easy for someone with average mechanical skills. All that said, we love these bikes. Fits me just right, with proper leg extension. Feels comfortable. You can ride with no power assist, or get the “right” combination of mechanical gearing and pedal assist. We’ve been riding daily for a week now and the bikes seem sturdy and well made. We highly recommend!

Powerful. Stylish. Eye-catching. Long battery life. Sick price for the level of craftsmanship and performance. Comparable bikes that cost 3 times as much watch my son and I pass by them in the bike lane (I'm so not kidding). DO IT! Customer service rocks too which is huge and unheard of in this space yet they responded almost immediately to a brake issue on my son's bike. They sent out a new one immediately after verifying our purchase. I won one at work in a raffle. It is so killer that I bought one for my son to get to campus (UNLV). Love these things. Ride them daily and hard. Dirt, mountains, streets. They eat it all up. KILLER RIDES! Juan in Customer Service, you're the man! Lates; time to go riding!

I recently bought this new bike, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! It’s such great value for money. Compared to the two ebikes my family owned before, this one apparently stands out on build. The ride is smooth, light, and effortless, even my 67 year old mom wanted to give a try. Everything works perfectly. Before buying the bike, I was suspecious of their customer service since I saw several complains about it. I tried to call them, the lady was so patient to help me find the right model, which I really appreciated. Now that I’ve seen the quality of the bike, I feel even more confident in my purchase. Might buy another one soon to replace my husband's old bike as well.

The bike arrived early, I wasted no time getting it assembled to test it out! Fit and finish is great and instructions for the assembly process were easy enough to follow. Only issue was with the front fender support wires needing to be bent to allow proper contour to the tire. (Easy) The 7 speed is nice for daily commuting and the shifter is dialed in perfectly out of the box! First bike I've bought that didnt need tweaking. So far I've put 34mi on it and it works flawlessly. I dont rely much on the battery so it is still showing almost Full. The rear rack is heavy duty and I am excited to find some panniers to mount for hauling gear on longer rides. The bike feels light while riding even in slow and technical paths and has a walk assist mode if you need. Such a great deal and so impressed with the battery life. I've been in contact with the seller since prior to the shipping and they have been great too! So polite and helpful with all my silly questions so far.

I picked up this electric bike for under $700 with the coupon and it was delivered in less than 3 days..not bad. Quick assembly with provided tools. The bike is heavy and not for short people (I'm 6'3") due to its 27 1/2 inch wheels and heavy welds. The electric motor is operated via a thumb switch on the left side of the handlebar which you can feather if you don't want to go full throttle. One concern is not being able to find a replacement battery either on line or on the Veefa website, but I'll cross that bridge down the road, they must be available somewhere. Overall the build quality, fast shipping and performance have been good for the money, and I'll update this review with any glitches at a later date. Update: After having this bike for a couple months, I haven't had any problems with this bike, it's been great. Would I change anything? Yes, I would order the step-through version. Being older with a little arthritis in my hips, throwing my leg over this big frame can be a chore, so if you are older you might think twice about the step-over version. Another thing...If I was going to order an electric bike again, I would go with an off-road version with wider tires, as this model is not great on gravel, it is a great road bike though, I would just like to have the option of a little off-road ability.

I love this bike so much! It's a perfect fit as my first ebike, gets up to 21mph (it did get a bit faster but I was already at 21 while pedaling and started down a hill lol), and not only did the battery last on a 17 mile trip... But when pedaling it charges itself back up! I'm told that the self charging bit is an ebike thing in general but it still made me happy to see it happen lol. I went full throttle on the last 1/4 of my ride due to a headache that I fought through to get on my bike and the battery still didn't die on me. It brought the bike down to 1 bar so I started using pedal assist again and when I got home it was back up to 3 out of 5 bars. It's a great starter bike! Fast, reliable, great customer service too! I accidentally ordered a step over model and they changed it to the step through model with just a message. They even messaged me after delivery to verify I got the bike 10🌟🌟🌟
