Got this bed for my guest bedroom. It was relatively easy to put together. It took me about 2 hours by myself. I liked that everything was well labeled and that some of the holes had the screws/bolts pre- installed. Made things so much easier. I think this would be a breeze with two people. I decided to use my old headboard with this and found that the bed frame fit just fine to my old headboard. So for those who are interested, you can swap out the headboard without too much trouble. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that the side panels come in two parts, not one which makes the finished product look cheap. I would have liked full side panels. Overall glad I went with this one. Easy to put together, could use my headboard, clear instructions, decent finished product, great price. Nice linen like fabric too. ... show more

UPDATE: the company was extremely responsive and helpful. They ended up sending another headboard, as my idea to add the buttons myself wasnt possible (maybe they no longer had access to the exact buttons?). They provided tracking number, as well as maintained contact thru email. Five stars for customer service! So far I really like this bed. The instructions were clear, the assembly was easy, all parts were labelled well. It feels sturdy and stable altho we haven't slept on it yet. The only reason for four stars is that the buttons on the headboard creating the tufting were not present. From the backside of the headboard, I can feel the predrilled holes to which the bottons would attach, and on the front side, I can see in the fabric where the buttons should have been placed. It seems it was just on oversight in the manufacturing process. Of course, I did not notice until after I assembled! Not wanting to disassemble and return the entire bed, I've reached out to the company to ask for buttons. So far, the company has been responsive with communication altho it is early in the process. Should buttons not be available, I will still be pleased with this purchase. It is sturdy, provides storage space underneath, and was a great price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I like this bed Twin Size Platform Bed Frame with Fabric Upholstered Headboard because bed feels durable and doesn’t wobble, even with movement. The wooden slats provide great support, and it’s true that you don’t need a box spring, which makes the setup much simpler.
