When we first opened the box, we noticed that part #10 was missing, which was frustrating. However, I contacted the manufacturer, and I was really impressed with their customer service. Within 24 hours, they responded to my request and sent the missing part via expedited delivery, which arrived very quickly. This level of service definitely made up for the initial issue. Assembly was straightforward, though it does take some time, especially if you're doing it alone. The instructions were clear, and the parts fit well together. Once assembled, the bed feels solid, and the wooden slats provide great support without needing a box spring. This is a very solid and beautiful bed frame for the price given. It’s definitely worth it to have depending on what you are needing. I got the beige color with the drawers. The assembly was super easy and it brought all the tools needed to build it. The beige color has a strong yellow undertone in my opinion. As far as how the drawers are, they are not on a track so if you need to open them it will come off completely. The only thing that holds the drawers in place is a screw inside the panel which connects to the rail of the bed frame. Bed easy to put together but baskets took a bit to figure out! Headboard is of nice fabric. Very sturdy. Underneath baskets roll easy but it’s hard to click or lock it back in. Customer service was great since I needed two more screws.
