I ordered this bed frame over a year ago. I was nervous about the quality with it being such a low price, but it turned out to be a gorgeous bed frame! It looks exactly like the pictures, if not better, in person. We’ve had to take it apart and put it back together three times since getting it, due to moving homes. It’s remained just as sturdy as when we got it! When we received it, it was missing the decorative finials that you would put on the bed posts. I procrastinated for over a year before finally sending customer support an email, requesting to buy a set of the knobs. After confirming my purchase of the bed frame, they went ahead and sent me free replacements! Customer support responded to my emails within 24 hours, and the representatives were very helpful. I fully expected to pay for the parts since I hadn’t reached out upon receiving the frame last year, so it was a pleasant surprise when they sent them free of charge. The bed can be a bit tedious to put together, from what my boyfriend has said. He enjoys building furniture, so it hasn’t been an issue for him. I’d recommend having someone help you hold the parts up if you struggle with putting together furniture, though. It can be done solo, however. If you are looking for an affordable, elegant bed frame, I recommend purchasing this one :) ... show more

I felt like shipping took a super long time. They kept pushing it back and back. Other than that it was really easy to put together. I saw someone else say they had a faulty screw hole. I did as well. One of the holes for the screws on the headboard was too small for the screw to go in. Thankfully it’s okay without that screw. Still feels sturdy. But I wish I could put that screw in. ... show more

    • Very Impressed - Well Made and Easy to Assemble
First of all, I don't write many reviews, only when I'm impressed with a product. I bought the queen size version of this bed. It's well packaged, with zip ties and the hardware (i.e., bolts, washers) are well packaged and labeled (just like an idea product), and the installation instructions are excellent. You know you're not missing any items (although I did a complete inventory of the packaged items before I started). I took my time to assemble by myself. Took about 2 hours, just take your time. I made a couple of minor mistakes while assembling, but easy to correct. They provide a small allen wrench, which I mistakenly used an allen wrench drill bit instead, which sped up the assembling, but probably a mistake since I striped a couple of bolt heads (after nearly completing the assembling) by screwing the bolts a bit too much. The media could not be loaded. It’s pretty good bed frame for the most part but taking some stars off because 1 of the hole was too small so the screw won’t go in and another hole wasn’t open (as you can see from the pic) so the screw won’t go in either. The package was big and heavy so I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it. Luckily, it’s still sturdy enough even without having those two screws. ... show more
