Frame arrived in good condition; no damage and no parts missing (in fact, 1 extra was included for each screw and nut). Takes a little time to assemble, but instructions are clear and no issues encountered. (Although it IS possible to overtighten the screws and deform the frame, so be careful.) Only complaint is that the dimensions are inaccurate. I wanted a frame the exact size of a twin mattress (75"x38") so that the mattress would cover the entire frame. In reality, the frame is 77" x 40", so the corners are exposed and there is a little bit of a gap at one or both ends. ... show more

The frame itself was a bit difficult to put together, and also I am not sure if this was an amazon issue or the actual manufacturer issue but we nearly had to have this delivered 3 separate times in order to receive it. It seems a bit odd, but we finally received. It was a little bit longer than our twin mattress so you do need to be careful if it is sticking out beyond the mattress because this will hurt as other reviewers mentioned if you happen to stub your knee or toe on the frame! Just make sure you measure your mattress to make sure it properly aligns well with this frame once it is assembled. ... show more
