5 stars, the bike itself is a very good first child’s starter bike. The customer service with VDL has been amazing. My son was having some issues with his speed and they were so quick to find a solution. Only downfall is the actual bike tires are a little flimsy. My son has had it about a month and both front and back tires are almost bald. As far as everything else, it’s a good bike and worth the price! Once this company heard about my son’s bike tires becoming bald after one month they were so quick to assist with replacements. The customer service with VDL has to be one of the best I’ve ever experienced. 10/10

for some reason the rear shocks did not come already installed. when trying to install them the frame holes do not line up to be able to put the shock on the left rear side. without the shocks on the pedals are barely off the ground and scrape.

Bought for sons 10 year Birthday. He wanted a "Dirtbike" but I wanted it to be legal. This thing is quick. 21.9mph. He likes to Pedal around town then scoot! I was concerned because he's a little short for his age but was able to lower the shocks all the way down and he can ride! I pedal bike with him throughout town and gives me exercise! I rode it first and 21.9mph with me and I'm 200 pounds. With Son on back we still hit 20mph at 250 pounds. It's a sweet bike! I'm ordering a bigger one for myself!

Exceeded expectations! This was for my son for his birthday, it has three levels so it feels very safe for him and to help him get used to the bike. Has turn signals, horn, breaks, and a very bright headlight. Very sturdy compared to our other E bike, and looks really cool as well. Seat is long and big enough to ride two people almost. Ride is very smooth and it was a great price compared to others. Highly recommend, I did get someone to professionally put together

This bike a perfect for your child. My son recieved the bike and has already put over 50 miles on it. He can ride up hills, our driveway, and also through mud. It's a great e-bike if you live in the mountains or woods. The battery life seems great and the power is controllable. The price is great and the easiness to ride helped reduce my anxiety. My husband put the bike together within an hour.
