    • Poorly engineered product with very low quality parts
Due to reading and watching reviews online I expected a decent quality frame with a low quality tarp cover. I was very disappointed with the product I received. The tubing is very poorly marked, with unnecessarily long part number. Almost every part number was smudged to the point of being completely illegible. The poor markings make assembly a guesswork process. The directions are almost entirely pictograms, with very few words. The tubing bends and distorts as you tighten down the bolts with very little torque. The directions have you wrapping straps around posts that have already been assembled, making the process tedious. The ratchets are extremely low quality, and do not hold well. The ratchets feel like cheap stamped metal. The tarp cover that I expected to be low quality is lower quality than I expected. One end cap has the beginings of a hole and I don't even have the "shed" fully assembled. The directions have you trying to measure and square up the legs when they are not even fully assembled. The legs themselves are very poorly engineered, with no cross members at the bottom to keep anything in place. I'll be surprised if this thing lasts three months. I am completely dissatisfied with the product, and the level of support. To attempt to return this junk would require refolding and packaging the tarps, and trying to disassemble deformed metal tubes. This is one of the lowest quality products I have ever purchased, and I'm very mechanically inclined. ... show more
