    • Definitely NOT for chainbars less than 20"
The product is sturdy and of good quality. The instructions are just pictures thus a bit hard to follow. If you've never worked with or set one of these up, you might find it quite hard to put together. Otherwise, it looks quite good once set up. Now, I DO NOT recommend this for any chain bars less than 20" long. I got this for my Echo CS-400 with an 18" bar, and even after setting the guides touching the plexiglass, it will pinch the chain at the tip. Also, if you set the guides that close, you don't have room to loosen the screws that set the height because they will touch the handlebar of the miller. Bars of 20" or less in length are not wide enough to clear the pressure plates that hold the bar in place. ... show more

    • Assembly is a joke.
The media could not be loaded. Its all bass-akward. Won't fit less than a 20 inch bar without having to remove the clear plexiglass shield plate. Can't get a wrench on the U-bolts to be able to adjust the thickness of the cut. You can't turn the brackets 180 degrees or the same problem will just happen on the other end. ... show more
