I chose the Vaunn Medical Bathroom Adjustable Height Toilet Rail Grab Bar and Commode Safety Frame after researching the features, measurements and reviews. The deciding factors for my purchase were the 23" width between hand rails and the fact that the height of the hand rails was adjustable. The Vive Stand Alone Toilet Rail and the Drive Medical Handicap Grab Bar are similar in design, but both are only 21" between hand rails and the height of the hand rails on both are NOT adjustable, all three have a 300 lb weight limit for sturdiness. I decided the Vaunn Medical with 2" more width between the hand rails would give more room to turn and maneuver, also being able to adjust the hand rail height to fit were features worth paying more for. I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE!!! Very sturdy and very easy to assemble and easily moved for cleaning both the rails and around the toilet or moving in an out of the bathroom. (The one disclaimer is that the bottom foot rails do protude a ways, you have watch where you step)

Great sturdy support for the toilet for my 89 year old husband. I have tried two or three before a d they weren't good. This is sturdy and not wobbly.

This device is so durable; it has really helped my grandma be more independent. We use it in her restroom, and it gives her the confidence and stability to navigate independently. Highly recommend. The design is great and it's very easy to use and fits in the space we use it for. It's worth every penny!

This product is of excellent quality. It is easy to assemble and very sturdy which is very important. Height adjustment is also great. If there's one thing I would bring to your attention it would be that the measurement between the hand rails is very narrow, 23 inches (it's very tight for any kind of movement if you know what I'm taling about). My older unit that I had had a 26 inch width between hand rails which is very evident when using the toilet. Great product, just make sure to check all measurements.

Study and stationary. Easy to put together. This grab rail is so worth the $15 extra over those flimsy ones with suction cups that will fold in on you when you grip them. I first bought one of those and am returning it. Glad I went with a Vaunn. I'm using it with a chair height toilet and a bidet washlet. It fits around side controls of the bidet seat perfectly.

Mama's got a wonky knee and it was not feasible to add the seat riser with handles because I've installed a high end Brondell bidet that she just loves. This is a mass produced product probably China. The first unit was miss manufactured, the upright u-frame was drilled off center and not aligning properly. Amazon Prime replaced item, new unit went together no-prob . When assembling thread all wing bolts 1/2 way before easing them all to tight while making sure alignment is happy before final finger torquing to secure tightness. Tubing seems to be thick and sturdy like Mama and she is happy with it. Take your intended sit-tee and tape measure into the throne room and measure them, handle height, fore/aft wall space to make a better guess if this is the proper device for you. There are many different types of a lot of different mobility aids for a lot of different issues so research YouTube for checking different styles and techniques . Happy aging and caring for your family, DB ***UPDATE: Got a third unit today and build quality is slipping, welds are sloppy and open not as cosmetically performed as last unit, dink one star
