    • Terribly uncomfortable and missing multiple parts
Terribly uncomfortable and missing multiple parts. Did not receive pillows and receive duplicate left armrest, basically cannot put the sofa together correctly. You can feel all the parts beneath the seat cushion so quality of foam is very thin. Unable to get response from customer service so returning this item. The media could not be loaded. Its great for small apartments but just dont have too many people sitting on it ..max 3 ..and dont plan on sleeping comfortable either cuz its not

    • Comfortable but pull-down not sturdy
Extremely easy to assemble, which is great. Color is nice and fabric seems durable. As a sofa it is good. However, when you lean it back to lie down it falls over because there is nothing to support. Big issue so will be returning, unfortunately. Just needs extra stability for guests to sleep on.

I have gotten so much feedback from those that sit on this couch about how uncomfortable it is. Unfortunately, it is past the return window, or I'd be returning it immediately.
