I’ve had this electric bike for a week now, and I’m seriously impressed with the quality and performance.The assembly was straightforward with clear instructions, and most of the parts were already pre-assembled. The customer service was prompt. On a full charge, I get around [30–50] miles depending on terrain and how much I use pedal assist vs throttle. Charging takes about 3-4 hours, which is pretty standard. The motor delivers plenty of power. It easily handles hills and gives a smooth, quiet ride. The pedal assist has multiple levels, so I can choose how much effort I want to put in. The LCD display shows speed, distance, battery level. Integrated lights are a nice bonus for riding at night. My kids love it and they use it daily to commute to nearby places.

This bike is awesome! This is kinda a long review but I want to give as many details as I can. A lot of reviews I've seen don't really mention details and that was frustrating when I was researching. This is my first e bike and it has everything I wanted (500watt motor, step over style frame, rear rack, headlight & tail light, LCD screen, detachable battery, good range) and isn't as expensive as I've seen for other e bikes. Also since I am 5'1" with around 27" inseam, I wanted a bike that wouldn't be too big and is adjustable, which this bike is. I can't put my feet completely flat on the ground but it's not that big of a deal. Putting the bike together took me about 2hrs but I wasn't trying to do it fast. I had to watch the video on the product listing to figure a couple things out. I also added a basket to the front from an old bike and it fit perfectly. It was nice that the battery came mostly charged so I could try the bike right away after putting it together. I've ridden the bike a few times now and was able to go around 30mi on one charge with a mixture of pedal assist and throttle on mostly flat bike paths. I think if you only used level 1 or 2 pedal assist you'd go much farther in one charge. (But I might try to buy a spare battery in case I want to go on really long rides since my area has a ton of interconnected bike paths.) I like that the pedal assist level is also the level of throttle. My sister's other brand e bike has the throttle at only one speed (highest speed) and I like that I can control this one and not go too fast. Level 1 pedal assist/throttle goes around 7mph compared to my sister's other brand ebike which will go to 12mph on level 1. I like that the pedal assist has more gradual speed increase as you go up the levels. I have the option to use less assistance, go at a more leisurely pace on throttle, or go really fast. Also assistance level 5 does get up to 20mph as they claim. I haven't tried the bike at night so I can't comment on how well the headlight works but the tail light works well. And the tail light is different than the one that was in the pictures but I think I like how this one looks better anyway. Even if you don't have the headlight on, the tail light lights up when you use the brakes so that's nice for safety and people behind you. A couple things I am not a fan of: The throttle isn't immediate, it kinda takes a half second before it starts. The seat is not as comfortable as it could be for longer rides but you can get a seat pad to help with that. Overall I would highly recommend this e bike to anyone starting out! The few cons I listed don't really detract from the rating in my opinion. It has everything you'd need, and at the price (~$310 plus $170 shipping when I purchased it) it's a steal compared to similar e bikes.

As a 68-year-old retiree in Florida, I bought this e-bike to stay active and keep up with my grandkids. Let me tell you—it’s been a revelation! The step-through frame makes mounting effortless (no swinging legs over tall bars), and the cushioned seat saves my hips on longer rides. I mostly use ""Pedal Assist Level 1-2""—just enough ""oomph"" to conquer gentle inclines without straining my knees. On humid days, the thumb throttle lets me coast purely on motor power when I need a breather. Sometimes when I don't want to ride anymore, I can turn on the boost mode. The bike is set to a speed of 6KM/H, which makes it effortless for me to push it. I just need to hold the handlebars to control the direction. It is very suitable for me to enjoy the scenery in the park. Safety was my biggest concern, but the dual disc brakes inspire confidence. When my 8-year-old granddaughter hopped on the back rack , a sudden stop at a crosswalk felt controlled and smooth. The handle sidewalk cracks and gravel paths without wobbling—a must for shaky balance. Battery life is perfect for our 10-mile loops to the park. After two round trips (with grandkids begging for ""speed boosts""!), it still had 40% charge. I plug it in overnight twice a week—zero fuss. The LCD display is simple: big numbers for speed and battery, no confusing menus. My only upgrade? A louder bell so kids hear us coming! Assembly took my son-in-law 30 minutes. Everything clicked together—no loose bolts or misaligned brakes. We added aftermarket kid handlebars (buy on Amazon) to the rear rack so little hands grip securely. The fenders actually shield us from puddles (unlike my old bike!), and the headlight is bright enough for dusk rides. Is it heavy? For me,Sure (66 lbs), but the motor compensates when moving. It’s cheaper than a fancy mobility scooter and way more fun. Now my grandkids beg for "" Magic bike"" instead of screen time—worth every penny. 200 miles logged! Zero issues. Even my husband steals it for grocery runs—fits 3 bags on the rack.

The bike is cute but it came with a damaged rim and I've paid 3x the price of the bike in repairs and it still is a huge problem. As a single mom with an extremely tight budget, i never would've bought this bike for my daughter if I new she would only ride it for 3 days every 4-6 months before it needs repair. The seller sent a message too regarding damaged or broken parts but never responded after that.
