This has to be the single best purchase for a road trip! The canopy is strapped to the inside roof of your car by Velcro straps that got around the handles on the roof. This thing holds a ton of snacks and NO I am not exaggerating, it holds a lot!

Does not fit a full size truck on the ceiling. How ever it does fit the rear seats of a 21- newer Ford F-150 when they are folded up.

This was too large for my sedan. The netting hung too low without anything in it. I can't imagine how much the view would be blocked if I put anything it in it. There's also very little you can do to pull the netting tighter. I had to return and I'm trying something else.
