I looked at the less expensive cages, but the dimensions on all of them are too small. This cage is the right size, the quality is great, and I assembled it by myself. Simple directions with bolts all clearly labeled in separate bags with their associated washers and lock nuts. I had one pulley wheel chipped, looks like it may have been struck, probably during shipping. Customer service had a replacement in the mail less than a day after emailing them. Very pleased with this purchase!

I looked at 5-8 different racks and this one seemed to fit everything I was looking for. I read the reviews prior to purchase and a couple complaints were shipping boxes coming differ days, I did get 2 boxes on one day and the 3rd box 2 days later but overall the entire delivery was still 2 days earlier than I expected. Yes some of the parts did have minor scratches but after a workout or two they were going to be there anyway. Someone complained about the pulley system but it works completely fine on my end. Rack is sturdy and heavy duty, love all the features about it. I put it together by myself in about 1.5 hours.

I had previously given this a two star rating since it came with missing parts. The seller sent me the parts needed so I have up graded to 4 stars. So the customer service is pretty good. The rack is solid, but the design of the lat pull-down is lacking. Unless you just use it to pull straight down the cable rubs on the edge of the opening at the top and strips the cable of it's covering, so it is limited in its application. Most people use cables for various exercises besides just a straight pull down, so I consider this a design flaw. Other than that, I like the rack overall.

Overall a decent rack for the price you pay one of the support bars we’re bent but still able to use no problem. But the instructions aren’t for the mechanically challenged hahaha I mean I was able to put it together fine but if you are not good with building things good luck! Pay attention to the pictures as far as direction of holes and screws. But I’m happy with it bought for my son to use he’s able to use it fine and it’s sturdy. Also make sure you know the width of the rack if you’re going to use a standard bar and not a Olympic bar be sure u get the right length.

I spent a ton of time researching different power racks. I landed on this one and so glad I did. I received all the parts, no damage, no issues in shipping etc. It also came very quickly, within days. It took a little time to put together, maybe 3 hours...probably could be quicker if you focused 100%. It is extremely sturdy. I read a few things about the pulley system. The instructions are just pictures so it's a little wonky to figure out, but once we did it was fine and I have no problems with it. Love it and well worth the money I spent!

It's a decent quality weight rack, when set up it feels strong and I feel safe using it for pull ups. However, the instructions are absolutely terrible. It almost feels like it is intentionally difficult to set up. The company was missing items in my set, and both the cables are the same size (you are supposed to get one long, another short.) It tooks enough time for them to send the item that I wouldn't be able to return the cage if I waited for the parts.
