This works so well! The filter light works perfectly, it’s comfortable in the hand and it has a loop to put around your wrist. Which also comes in handy, so I can hang it on the door knob of the hall closet, that is where our newly adopted shelter kitties spray, right outside my bedroom door. works well. Could see urine stains on carpet without too much trouble. Good for detecting urine stains on carpet. Works best if used with no other light source around. Best in a dark room to see all stains.

This thing works too good. I would be terrified to take it to a hotel or public bathroom! I wish I would've had it before I purchased my home 5 years ago. I would've insisted the carpet be replaced! It does help us find stains easily.

I have an 18 year old cat that has had an issue throwing up. I wanted the black light to see if the cleaning products I’ve been using were removing everything from the carpet. I had high hopes for this UV flashlight, but unfortunately, it just wasn’t powerful enough for what I needed. The light range was very small, which made it hard to check large areas, like carpet flooring, for spots where my dogs had accidents. It’s fine for smaller, more focused areas, but it definitely didn't work for covering larger spaces. It may work for other uses, but it didn’t fit my needs. ... show more

I love this light. I have a 18 year old cat who has stomach issues and throws up quite a bit. She’s throwing up clear so if I am sleeping I can’t see it.
