A puppy chewed my original Coach strap. A genuine Coach replacement cost $100 so I turned to Amazon. I initially bought another, thinner strap, but I realized over time it wasn’t supporting the weight of my bag well, so I found a thicker option in this strap. I love it!! You can't fake the authentic leather smell. Partner ordered a "Carrie Crossbody Phone Wallet" from catalog company. Arrived with a nylon strap that looked like a seat belt. It was okay but made the purse look cheap (and it wasn't). So I ordered this strap in navy with fingers crossed that it would be close in color. Also that it would have the bright brass hardware (seller didn't specify and the photos weren't much better). Strap arrived. Bright brass hardware; perfect color match; even the leather grain pattern matched. Length was perfect; no adjustment required. Partner says it looks like it was made for the purse. Partner is happy, so I'm happy. I wish the seller would specify which hardware you get with which option on the purchase page, but the product itself is five star. I got this to replace really bulky uncomfortable strap on my cole haan crossbody. I was pleasantly surprised at quality of this strap. Leather seems nice as well as nice looking hardware on the strap. Only thing I didn't like was little square hardware on the strap that can adjust the length of this strap. that particular portion kind of protrudes a bit & very mildly unsightly. but it's a minor thing as I put that side over to outer area so that it's not in the front section when I use it. I’m giving this three stars not for the product, I bought the strap thinking it was silver clasps like the picture showed but the description clearly said gold. So that was my bad. But charging six dollars for return is ridiculous. Won’t buy from this vendor again.
