I disliked that my package was ripped but luckily everything was intact. I was able to put the chaise chair on the opposite side I just undid the arm rest screws and swapped them to the chaise chair and the once from the chair to the arm rest so it can seed correctly . So if you are wondering if you can do a left and a right you can you just have to swap the clips that hold the chair and the arm rest together ... show more

I hate this couch so much. The fabric is stripping away after very few months. If it gets dirty, it’ is impossible to clean. The springs on the storage are super strong and super loud. it WILL slam shut very hard regardless of what is between it. It is uncomfortable, feels like you’re sitting on plywood. The fabric is itchy if you are wearing shorts. It is super short. The PILLOWS. They fall off all the time leaving no back to this “couch.” Overall horrible experience. ... show more

I can't complain about this couch. It is definitely firm if you're not looking for a firm bed. We got it to put in our office and use it like a day bed. Works wonderful and have 0 complaints with it. It was pretty easy to put together. It came in two boxes. There were a lot of parts and it took me several hours. I did do this alone. Pulling the couch out or putting it back in is NOT easy. Anyone buying a couch for less than $500 and expecting it to be huge and have the best material ever is delusional. The material definitely isn’t top of the line, but it makes sense with the price range and it really is not bad at all. It’s more of a firm couch, but that’s what we prefer in my household so it’s a great fit for us My biggest complaint is that the shipping for both packages isn’t tracked — Amazon marked the order as completed & delivered, however we only received one half of the couch. The other half came the next day which was great, but it was a little worrying at first. My only other complaint is that the photos on the listing make it appear as if you can lay the back of the couch down and make it entirely flat as a bed, but that is not true since the backing of the couch is solid Our order arrived with all of the parts needed to build the couch & we built it within a few hours with ease. There’s a bit of a language barrier with the instructions at times, but nothing that can’t be simply figured out by looking at the diagrams It’s a great little couch for the price point & I would recommend it for anyone looking to purchase a cheap sofa that has a chaise and sleeper ... show more

This couch is comfy! There were a few premade holes that didn’t fully line up, but it was an easy fix. The whole thing didn’t take more than 2 hours. I’m really with how it turned out!

    • Breaks easily
Ordered July 2023 when i moved. It’s now May and the chaise has 6 broken wooden slates. The pull out part just broke 2 while i was getting on it. It has a high weight limit but you can’t put any pressure on the couch or it breaks. We finally just broke it in so it’s not as hard as it was. I like the chaise and the storage but the springs in it are very loud. You get what you pay for i wish it was more durable. I loved the idea of this couch but i spent $500 and if i would have splurged a little more i could have gotten something to last. ... show more

The back of the coach slips off, it does not matter how much the nut gets tightened. The pull out part can’t support weight (I weigh 170) it falls through. the cover on the cushions don’t fit properly and they look loose on the couch. Do not buy.
