Bought this couch for my sunroom and I love it so far! My top needs for this couch were 1- that it pull out to a stylist lounging position and 2- that it’s affordable. And while it pains me to say that $650 is now an affordable price for a build-it-yourself couch, unfortunately that’s true. This couch is surprisingly comfortable once you spend some time fluffing the back cushions and let the couch decompress from being vacuum sealed. It came in 3 gigantic and heavy boxes that I pity the poor UPS man who had to carry it to my door. It did take forever to put together- about 3 hours, but it was easy to do and the instructions were clear and no additional tools were required. I spend a lot of time on this couch everyday and love it. For reference- my other couch in my home is custom made and costs over $3k and I don’t pick my relaxing spot for the evening based on which couch is more comfortable because this couch is almost as comfortable as my custom one - which says a lot. ... show more

***Updated- They issued me a full refund for my concerns. Changed my review from 1 star to 4. I still don’t recommend this purchase unless they upgrade the quality of the pull out design. The first time we used the piece of the couch that pulls out it broke. The frame is cheap and thin and can’t bare any weight to lay on it or sit on it when popped up. It bends and breaks. If you don’t want to use the full function of the couch then buy it otherwise don’t waste your money. I am very disappointed as the pull out part was why I bought it and now it can’t be used!!!! ... show more

First, the couch is so cute! It’s pretty easy to put together - just set out all your pieces and follow the instructions! It’s perfect for my small bonus room & it’s actually comfy! I could sleep on it for sure. Second, FedEx delivered both boxes to the breezeway a flight of steps away from my condo. I couldn’t move it, I called FedEx and filed a claim, and they didn’t do anything to help. I contacted the seller and they responded super quickly and gave me a partial refund! This covered what it cost me to hire someone to come move the boxes into my home. Super impressed with the sellers - this was not their fault, but they were determined to help me out! **Disappointing Quality and Uncomfortable Seating** I purchased this couch with high hopes, but unfortunately, it fell significantly short of expectations. Firstly, the size was much smaller than anticipated, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sit on for an extended period. The lack of cushioning was surprising; it felt akin to sitting on a piece of plywood with minimal to no padding at all. Another major issue was with the screws—many were stripped upon arrival, and even when attempting to assemble carefully, they couldn't be secured properly. This flaw not only affected the structural integrity but also compromised the overall quality of the couch. In general, the craftsmanship and construction of this piece leave much to be desired. It's disheartening to invest in furniture that doesn't deliver on comfort or durability. As a consumer, I expected a level of quality that unfortunately this couch did not meet. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when considering a purchase. If possible, I would advise potential buyers to explore other options to ensure they get a piece of furniture that provides the expected comfort and quality. It’s comfy (not like plush cloud comfy) and easy to put together. HOWEVER it is the completely wrong color. I went with the dark grey because I have kids.. and it is so light! So if you are looking for something dark.. this isn’t it. It also states it comes in two packages on the description. So I received two packages and started getting to work by putting it together and getting rid of my old ones. Then I got towards the end and realized I was missing a lot of pieces. I messaged the seller and they said it comes in three boxes.. so then I had nowhere to sit in my living room. It’s cheap and light. It’s not terrible. I love this little couch for the price however, when you pull the bed out it collapses, when even my grandchildren lay on it. It’s a poor design and the little bar that the bed portion rests on needs to be wider. I’m going to have to do some altering of it. I have never been able to use the bed unfortunately. ... show more

The couch came in many pieces for assembly and took awhile to put together. The cushions were vacuum sealed, so need some time to fluff up. I recommend ironing all the fabric to get the excessive wrinkles out. I love the functionality of pulling the spring loaded ottoman out for three people to be able to sit and watch a movie with their feet up. Caution- measure the couch to the size for your space as it is a tiny petite couch. Perfect in a small space like a den or office, but as a main room couch it is kind of small. But the chenille is soft and storage under the long side is pretty handy for pillows and blankets to use when you make it up as a bed. Very versatile couch. ... show more
