They weren’t lying, this couch is huge (which is just what I wanted) deep seats and really long. It was super easy to put together and my cushions actually puffed up pretty good in the first hour or so, the storage space is awesome and can be opened from the top or bottom. It’s firm but also soft, definitely have to break it in but I can already feel a difference and it’s been a day. I prefer to add throw pillows for extra back support and style but if you leave it plan with a few throw blankets it will still look good. All in all for around $680-$750 this is a great couch and you’re probably not gonna find anything this size or style this cheap so get it while you can. ... show more

I love that the couch is modular! its easy to move around and adjust your furniture into any shape! Now, the comfort of it its okay, it's not the most cushioned couch but its not hard rock either. I had to add additional stuffing to the back cushions to fluff it. The seat cushions are a bit hard too! I thought it was going to be more fluffy, Im going to add more cushion to them in the future. Other than that, I believe this furniture is very affordable and is worth the price. Also, 2-3 pieces came with this red stain on them, I contacted their customer service and they were quick on their response and offer me the best solution which I am very happy with! ... show more

The couch came very quickly within 4-5 days of ordering. Assembly was easy I did it myself took about an hour. I love the color, I love the size however: it does sit a little low to ground I do t mind but my husband and son who are tall hate it! The back does sit low again my family don’t like that. The worse part is the back cushions they are flat will not fluff so I’m going to have to buy cushions somewhere else. I think if the back cushion would have been fluffier then my family would be ok with the couch so I’m disappointed ... show more

This is the hardest couch I have ever had! I had to spend an extra $100 just for padding. I could have gotten a much better couch for $900! Please don't waste your money. Its like sitting on rocks. It came with red stripes on the upholstery from the string in the packaging and also has snags all over. DO NOT BUY! ... show more

I was terrified to order a couch online, esp w few reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The gray color is nice, fabric is soft and comfy and not cheap-looking - bottom cushions plumped up great tho the back cushions are somewhat thinner… the couch is incredibly deep (which is what I wanted) so large throw pillows will fit/look great. Not sure how it will hold up long-term to everyday use, but it seems quite sturdy and I think will be great for our purposes in a 2nd home, rental property… Score! ... show more

Took the risk on this sofa because of the deep seats. The back cushion were a bit flat. We did have to stuff them to get some support. Overall it’s a good medium firm couch and looks nice.

I originally bought the 6 piece U shape sectional, initially I was disappointed, it seemed low to the ground and cushions weren’t fluffing. Once we put it all together my opinion changed, it’s perfect for our basement TV area. We misjudged the size for our room a little so we ended up ordering the 5 piece u shape to add to to the 6 piece. It’s not too low to the ground, the cushions do fluff and it’s comfortable! Absolutely perfect for our teen son and his friends to hang out on for football Sunday or for me to lounge around on with a glass of wine and binge reality TV. The seller was also incredibly responsive and helpful. When one of our 6 pieces was damaged in shipping, they contacted me with the problem and kept me updated with shipping and tracking numbers.
