Product was delivered almost two weeks early which was a nice surprise. Packaged nicely, you just pull it out of the box, plug it in and it’s ready to go. We measured a cut out for it and it sits nicely inside. There’s no way to really mount it but for what we wanted it works great. The flames and logs exceeded our expectations, it’s obviously an electric fireplace but a pretty good one. The heat setting is decent if you’re sitting near it and the blower sound isn’t too loud. The “crackling” sound is a little silly so we don’t use that. I like how the control panel on the front has a cover. The remote is pretty good, reaches about 15 feet so I can turn it on/off from the couch no problem. We love the ambiance and for the price compared to other similar models it’s definitely worth it. I like how it’s more of a share shape as apposed to a long rectangle, perfect size for a mid sized living room. If you want an electric fireplace mostly for the cozy esthetic and look for a decent price this is the one!

This arrived today, so my rating may be updated later. So far, so good. I read tons of reviews and chose this because the dimensions were a 1/4" shy on each side of my actual opening and it had a btu rating of 5100. We have a 1966 wood burning fireplace that we've used once in 4 years, and not successfully. It's just not efficient or warm. The room is about 600 sq ft and has radiant floor heat, in a concrete slab, which is great to take the chill off but not enough to really warm the room. I wanted something that used the existing fireplace to assist the radiant heat and would make the room warm enough for a few hours in the evening after work. The crackle sound isn't very realistic but can be turned off. The fan blower is quiet. The internal thermostat went from 57 to 65 in about an hour on blower setting high. The room air felt warmer and stayed warm after turning it off. The power button door is sturdy and easy to open. The remote is a nice touch but you have to turn it on and off at the insert, so not really needed. It appears well built and looks nice. It fit my 36x27 opening perfectly. I love the black power cord. I like it better without the ambient light feature on. It looks more realistic. I wish it were a little deeper than 9". It would let the logs sit back from the glass a little more. I also wish the faux brick on the inside also covered the back where the flame screen is. Overall it looks nice and fills out my unused fireplace nicely. Time will tell if it's reliable, but overall a great price for a secondary heat source that makes t.v. watching more comfortable.

Bought this to put in RV in some wasted space that was a cabinet. Shopped around a bit to get one that would fit without too much modification to the travel trailer. This fit perfectly! Often the depth, front to back, is way to deep on the fireplaces to fit in most tight spaces, but this was only 9" deep and fit like a glove. I picked this for that reason, because it would fit and the appearance of the neons that light up, the fact it is 2 speeds and 2 watts. 750w on low and 1500 on high, which ends up being 6 amps on low and 12 amps on high. With an RV, travel trailer, camper you have to make sure your not going to overload your circuits when using the heat functions on this. I have a 30 amp travel trailer and can't run too much before I get close to the max capacity of the entire RV's electrical system. If this using 12 amps that's about half of my available amps. Hot water tank uses 10 to 15 amps and that's close to the max, then throw in the residential refrigerator and your close to the max. Wanted something that I could cut down on the amps if that scenario was to come up and by this having 2 speeds I can manage that very well. This has a remote control and a rocker switch type shut off at the fireplace so accidental turning on and off from the remove wont happen. I think this fire place is perfect for the need, appearance and its functionally.

The media could not be loaded. This fireplace setup is as simple as it comes. You take it out of the box and plug it in. It is ready to go. It has some nice features like the ability to adjust the brightness of the flame, you can change the color of the lighting, and it even has sound. It also produces different levels of heat. The remote control is a nice feature. The only thing I would change is making the fire look a little more realistic. Overall, it looks good in our living room and for the price, I would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This was a perfect insert to go into a mantle I had for our Airbnb Cozy County Cottage. Being in the Pacific Northwest I was wanting a fireplace ambiance without the burn or fire risks. I searched through many options. I read the reviews on this one before selecting this over one that was less expensive, and I’m glad I paid more for this product! It’s beautiful, sleek, easy to use, easy to install and adds exactly what I was after. The batteries were bad in the remote (like reviews said) and the crackling noise was a bit comical (sounds more like breaking/crackling leaves than a fire - but not a deal breaker). Seriously, such a great purchase. It heated up 400 square feet in approximately 15 minutes with a pleasant radiant heat. Also, it only off-gassed from being new when I turned on the heat for like a minute, if that. If you’re on the fence it is totally worth it.

Living in South Georgia, it doesn’t cold enough for a fireplace often enough, so we decided to get this insert. Coming home from a 10 hr workday and being able to click a button and have a glowing fire 🔥 is so relaxing - even if it’s not cold! We don’t use it for heat, but it does blow hot air. Doesn’t sound realistic like other reviews said, but we don’t use the sound either. Having an insert also leaves us with the option if we ever want to take it out and build a real fire we can. We have really enjoyed it and love looking at the flickering fire and have no regrets with this purchase. All we had to to do to install was take out of box, slide in the fireplace and plug it in.
