I love the look and the lights are beautiful. We have a large fireplace and this electric fireplace fit perfectly. The product comes exactly as described my only complaint is that while it offers crackling sound to make it more realistic it sounds terrible which is ja minor issue.

Love the look of this heater! Features are incredible for $250. Outstanding value. I wish that the vents shot out forward. That’s my only gripe. You would immediately feel the heat versus heating the whole room before you can warm up.

The media could not be loaded. The function display has stopped working after 3 months. Customer service phone number not a working number. I have sent an email awaiting a reply and will keep you informed. Love the size and the look. Have not attempted to use the heat yet but I fully expect good things. I've installed this in a basement bedroom, at bed height, for ambiance and as an additional heat source during the winter. I did pay someone to install it for me but he no difficulty.     • Its ok but not the quality you would think your paying for.

It was a pretty decent fireplace. Won't put out too much heat but I bought it primarily for the visual factor. The sound feature is less than TEMU grade may as well have not put it on there ill never use it, sounds like it was recorded on a cassette tape with a fisherprice radio and is laughable. The only other grievance I had with it was the flames looked way to small. If you take the back out and take the flame shaped metal shield out it makes them twice as big and makes it worth having spent the money on but for the money I would have expected either decent sound effect or none would even be better and to not have to alter it to make it what it should have been to begin with. ... show more
