These VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support insoles are an absolute game changer. I’m on my feet all day for work, and I used to deal with constant heel and lower back pain. Not anymore. So far I have tried this item and can just say wow, it's superb, please note that if you are someone like me who barely moved into a newer worksite or someone that requires to work longer hours standing it will take some time to adjust. Back then my feet would kill me with the regular soles I had in my shoes but these makes the pain more bearable, it does a good job supporting the arch and the design is pretty well, making you last long as for smell I really haven't noticed it at all.

Sufficient arch support which relieved my heel discomfort. I used the "Red" pair in my Sketchers "max cushion" shoes. I removed the original insoles and replaced them with these supports - no trimming required for my size 12 men's shoe. With this combination, the shoes are very comfortable. I used double faced tape to secure the "Blue" model insoles to my athletic slides, which I use for house slippers. I noticed that the red pair provides a little more cushioning in the arch area of my foot. These insoles are marked for people 210+ lbs but I'm only 180lbs. However, they work great for me. Especially the Red pair when I'm mowing the lawn. If you need heavy duty support and heel pain relief, I would recommend you try the Red pair. Since each person's foot is different, you'll have try various insoles until you find what works for you. Good luck.

Absolutely worth every penny! I’m a carpenter and on my feet all day and long days most. I’ve had terrible pain in my feet and back this last week. I do wear expensive Georgia boots and had an expensive insole in them but still was in a ton of pain. I will say this is my first day wearing them but my feet feel so much better! They are sore and bruised from the last insoles but now I feel the comfort and soft insoles from them and it feels like a dream. I’m very happy with them and the purchase I definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a good boot insole or anyone on their feet a lot throughout the day

I have flat feet and just recently developed plantar fasciitis with major heel pain. And according to my podiatrist, I have overpronation - Makes sense as my arches and ankles are killing me by the end of the day. I am an avid runner - I run about 3-5x a week, 4-15 miles a week. I bought these insoles as they are orthotic and am I glad I did!! These inserts hold up my arches - so no more arch pain. The cushion in the ball of the heel insert, alleviates all of my heel pain. And the sturdiness of this insert, corrects my overpronation. This insert was made for me - avid runner with flat feet. I buy this insert every 6 months (due to the amount of running I do) and it is definitely worth the money! MUST BUY. I wear size 8.5 Brooks Running Shoe and the insert fits perfectly in my shoes without trimming. For additional context, I’m a 35 year old female - 130 lbs (I’ve added the Brooks running sole for comparison in my pictures)

This is legitimately the BEST insert I've ever bought. I've had tendinitis for almost 3 months and I'm 280. Been using cheap inserts from walmart for years, they barely do anytbing other than cushion my steps a bit. Switched to these and noticed an immediate difference. Walking around, jumping, I honestly BARELY feel any pain or discomfort. I thought the bend at the arch would be uncomfortable, but it actually makes it more comfortable. They fit perfectly in my shoes. They quite literally work as advertised. They actually slid in my shoes far easier than the floppy ones. Solid 10/10 product

They are helping but the pic as advertised looks stronger than real. The best I’ve purchase so far. The bought shoes exactly for a heel and medical issue cost too much. This is a very good substitute. I wear many shoes
