I live off grid, and needed a way to transport water in my little 2016 Ford Escape. Forget about those cheap water "bladders", and their bad taste/odors. This tank was perfect for what I needed. Broke my old ATV sprayer tank, so I bought this to replace it. Materials seem to be as good as my original tank that lasted almost 20 years, so I expect the same from this tank. Since I only needed the tank, it was economical option and I moved my pump and hoses to this tank.

I purchased two of these to use as fresh water storage and transport tanks for my offgrid vacation property. I drilled the center depression to fit a boiler drain valve and use garden hose fittings to connect the tank to a diaphragm pump. The tanks have held up well to sun, winter, and frequent use. They are easy to clean out through the lid, have a drain plug for winter, and stand up well to being moved either empty or full. These were half the cost of what I would have been able to buy in a farm store. They don't impart any smell or taste to the water. I don't drink out of them, but I use them for washing dishes, showering, etc. ... show more
