The set came in 2 big boxes. It took my handy husband 3 hours to put it together. Many many screws! It is low to the ground, like others have said, but it’s doable. The cushions are thick and the covers are sturdy. I bought a bag to keep the cushions in since we don’t have a gazebo over it yet. The included cover is cheap and thinner than a windbreaker jacket. We’ll probably end up buying a thicker cover. Overall good value.

Good for the price, however the seats are "very low". Not good for a heavy person or one with mobility issue. Great for children, teens and young adults.

At first I was missing some parts to complete assembly but once I contacted the seller they responded and sent me the parts I was missing right away. Also they told me, I have a year of warranty if anything happens to the set. It’s a simple set but it’s beautiful, very comfortable and it was what I expected. I thanks the seller for their excellent customer service. I’m happy with my set.

I am absolutely over the moon with my Valita 7pc. Patio Set. I ordered the Amazon Home Assembly Service as well..and was amazed at how quickly and smoothly everything went. The quality of this furnitire set is amazing. Very well made..Sturdy...and very comfortable. I chose Khaki as it is perfect with my color scheme. The cushions are thick and well made. The pillow backs are comfortable and strong. Zippered...which is a big plus in my book. It all looks very rich and stylish. You will not be disappointed!! The Customer Service for Valita is WONDERFUL! They went out of their way to let me know.... they were behind me all the way.... And they have been. I had a small issue that was completly remedied overnight!! That..in itself..is excellant Customer Service! Everything arrived in 3 separate, very large boxes. Cushion covers and the overall set "cover" arrived in a much smaller box. But...Everything was there. Otis, my Assembly technician...did a great job of putting everything together. I want to thank Valita for offering.such a beautiful well made set for such a great price. Thank you for everything. I will purchase from you again Potential customers?? You will lovvv it!

This furniture set is amazing!! It is very comfortable and well made. It will take you a few hours to assemble, but the pieces easily match up to the associated screw holes. Also the cushions are very thick and sturdy. They are hard to get into the covers, but if you fold the cushions in half, then insert them in the covers it works well. This is still a challenge but once on the covers fit nice and snug. We could not be happier with this set, it is well worth the money and easily hundreds less than the big box store prices.

This by far is the best set you can buy for this price. I am so thrilled with my purchase. It came with everything to assemble. It took husband several hours to put together, but it is well worth it. It is beautiful and comfortable and sturdy. Love the firepit too!

Horrible service! The patio set did not come on time when it did come it was missing parts and the seller refused to refund my money unless I paid shipping to send it back, which was almost twice as much as I paid for it. The quality of the product was very poor and the cushions were not as described. Very poor quality and not as described. Would never order from this seller again.
