Okay, the original hook with adhesive backing is not even A fraction of the strength it needs to be to hold this giant thing. I got creative and decided to just hammer nails around the whole hoop into the ceiling-and it looks fit for a queen. Giving 5 stars because it’s beautiful and is finally one with enough material that I can wrap it fully around my queen sized bed… just be prepared to do your own construction on the ceiling using your own tools and hardware to get it to stay hanging but also looking decent. 🤷🏼♀️🥰 ... show more

We are in the process of redoing our daughters bedroom and I just KNEW she had to have this canopy. She said she feels like a princess when she saw it. My only complaint is that I wish it hung closer to the ceiling, I’ll probably try to figure out a way to get the actual ring to attach to the ceiling so that it doesn’t have to hang down so low. If you have high ceilings then you won’t have this problem! Shipping was fast and no weird smells or stains when I pulled it out of the packaging. It also came with everything you would need to attach it to the ceiling including 2 screws if you decided to permanently put it up. I just used the sticky pad and so far it’s holding on really well! ... show more
