The watch is absolutely amazing and my little one loves it! Has sooo many features, games, etc. However, we had a snaffo (not sure exactly what happened), and the next thing I knew, we were both looking at the watch with a cracked screen and none of us knew what happened. I reached out to the vedor and they were SOOOO quick and helpful! Though I neglected to purchase the Asurion policy, they were quick to say, no problem, and mailed me a brand new one. This all took place in less than a week. I would HIGLHY recommend their products because they are good quality AND the customer service is even better!!! Thank you so much, Vakzovy!

This may not make a lot of sense to everyone reading this review, but this watch was a GREAT GIFT for my daughter. She liked it more than all other gifts she received during this past holiday season. However, that doesn't make this a great watch. Here are some things you should consider, based on my pros and cons. PROS - My 9 year old daughter LOVES the watch. This made the purchase completely worth it. - It has a clear picture and some fun kid-centered games. - Looks great and has a long battery life. - Price point was good for my wallet. CONS - Very difficult to program. - Very hard to silence and keep silent (including games, etc.) - Not very user friendly with a non-useful instruction manual (i.e. the alarm went off in the middle of the night and it took 15 minutes to get the watch to shut off... so weird!) SUMMARY To see my daughter so happy was worth every penny, but I also know that she would have been equally happy with a watch that was a little more user friendly. She doesn't use the watch as often right now (3 months after getting it), but I think she would if it was higher quality. If this is what is in your price range and you don't care how long of useful life it gets, then buy it. Otherwise, I think there may be better alternatives for not too much more money.

What an awesome value! I bought this for my 8 yr. old daughter, because she always wants to play with mine... Nice looking watch , super cute and well made.. picture quality is great for such a small watch, and comes with a bunch of cute games to keep her entertained on long trips. She’s had it now for over 3 weeks and she still uses it on a regular basis. Totally worth the money! The battery life lasts her all day, and it is very easy for her to use, the display is clear and bright. Highly recommend.
