We bought this last year to use at our Montana cabin. It's advertised as Outdoor set, however, we have it set up in the Sun Room away from the elements, except for the Fire Pit which is covered and stored outside. The set has held up nicely and still looks new. This Spring, we opened up the cabin, we found that the Fire Pit glass top had shattered. We contacted the Seller and they immediately replaced it. We are so happy with their service and that they stand behind their product. This Fall, we will bring the Fire Pit indoors for the winter.

One of the chairs has a defect it has a damage rip towards the back of the chair I should be compensated. Also a few of the back cushion cover the Velcro barely reaches when someone sits the Velcro pops off and the cushion doesn’t stay in place. Please either send me new covers or credit me something for both the covers and the rip on one of the chairs. Thanking you in advance

I bought this set in 2023 and just realized now I never left a review. I absolutely love this set! And right now it’s cheaper than what I had paid. But I still love it and it has great value for the money. Only issue I had was with the cushion covers. I had purchased the dark grey color. And when they weren’t in use, they were always kept in storage in a deck box even during the week while working. I only pulled them out on the weekends and if rain was in the forecast, I put them away. I had them out for a few days in a row when I was on vacation with a few sunny days and had noticed that the fabric had already faded quite a bit from the sun. You could literally see a line, where the cushion was hidden from the frame and the other part was exposed to the sun. This was disappointing given the short time it was exposed. I contacted the seller and their customer service took care of me right away and sent a new set of covers for free! I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Very good product for its cost. Looks nice and sturdy after assembling. Comes in 5 boxes with a quick delivery. Support service is very good and responsive. There were some issues in delivery because of courier company but support team was quickly able to address that. Overall very happy with the product and services. Update- changing the rating as while initially it all seem fine just after two months of usage, cushions and seats have started sagging. They become uncomfortable to sit. Even customer service suddenly switched sides and there is no proper update and responses to queries. If you want something which will be very lightly used this might be an option but don’t think it will last very long.

At first, instructions were vague, but once you got it, it was easy. Nice set....configure anyway you want/need. Cushions are pretty comfy and water resistant. Firetable is great and creates a nice atmosphere. Packages will more than likely come on different days. Recommend assembling one box at a time.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the eight piece set it's a beautiful addition to our large out door space. Only downfall our cushion covers came last. Seller was very helpful explaining items were shipped separately so we received all the furniture and cushions one day, the fireplace a few days later, then finally the covers. I'm very pleased with this set.
