Tweezers are a good weight and come with plastic sleeves to keep them closed when not in use. Some very small marks on tweezers from resting on top of each other in transit but not an issue for me. Material appears to be stainless steel but no markings. I have not used yet so not sure how they will hold to use in salt water, hence the 4 star versus 5 stars. ... show more
