Nice fan! We live in a tri level, open concept home and the gas heat comes from level one. The hot air in both winter, AND summer all collects at the top, ceiling level and acts like a conversion layer, cooking the two rooms upstairs and making cooling downstairs in summer nearly impossible. This is a relatively light weight 16 inch wall fan that is reasonably priced and great quality for the money. While being mostly plastic, including the fan blades, it is well designed and suitable in a setting which does not demand a heavy duty fan. Very quiet on low setting, and all of the features work as advertised. With 5 speeds, a remote, timer settings, 3 modes and oscillation, it has more features than I will probably use, but they are nice to have available. Plus it has a nice long cord for plug in.     • Just what I was looking for

I was rearranging my bedroom and wanted something to replace the floor/pedestal fan I was using to improve airflow. I was getting ready to put ceiling-mounted fans in the garage, so I decided to look for something similar for the bedroom. I picked the VAKGRI for several reasons, but mostly the five blades and the five speeds. The five blades gives me good airflow with reduced noise, and I get the same volume of air movement on only the second speed setting. Technically, I would have given it 4.8 stars instead of 5 due to the included mounting gear. Two screws secure a bracket to the wall, and then you simply hook the fan into the bracket. The screws seem too small in my opinion, and the wall anchors just don’t look sturdy enough. I had a box of really good screw/anchor combinations, so I used those instead. This allowed a firm mount for the bracket, and when I set the fan body in the bracket, it set solidly against the wall. There’s been no rattling even at the highest speeds. Finally, the remote is simple and seems to work well. Overall, I like the fan system very much. It’s very quiet and efficient, which is just what I was looking for. ... show more

Box came delivered with the top end completely open. There was evidence that it was once taped shut prior to delivery. Was the product in good condition? There were a couple of smudge marks that signified that there might have been some tampering with the product prior to delivery. The fan works great so far. Im not complaining about the trouble. I just want to let everyone know of my experience in purchasing this product. There was no extra box outside the box given from the manufacturer. And again, the box was delivered with an open top. The fan, noise wise, is like any other noise making fan. Don't be surprised by the possibilities pertaining to sounds eminating from such device. It's not noticeably loud, but there is some noise. Bought the white with green blade wall fan in 2023 for my family room which we spend most of our free time. It was large enough to push air comfortably in such a wide space. It was easy to mount on the wall. Solid performance and quiet operation. I have it mounted next to my wall flat screen TV with no interference to picture or sound. This fan replaced a rusted one we had in our front lanai. This new one is much more powerful than the 3 blade one we had up there. This unit has numerous settings and we did try them all out to see what this baby could do. We settled on the high setting since we live in Florida. As a side note, it was nice that the fan had the same mount as our old one so it was a pretty fast set up. The instructions are pretty straight forward.
