I love the power, adjustable speeds and the long cord, but I just realized the piece that attaches to the connector is broken. I was so enthralled that I actually bought a powerful hair blow dryer that I didn’t notice the broken piece. I have extra long hair so the long straightness of the cord accommodates my needs; it’s noisy but I can use my ear buds if I want to “cancel out” the noise. Very easy to use; I just need to get used to the two buttons on the handle ( my old 1850 blow dryer had a curly cord.
