Tastes so good I can easily just drink it 😂 I’ve never had such delicious oil before in my life and I’m nearly 50. It’s got a slight grassy sorta taste but in a really good way, I know that sounds odd but it’s like fresh tasting and light but full flavored. it’s not bitter or too pungent, it’s perfect for salad dressing or dipping bread or cooking/baking. It’s got a subtle green color. I close my eyes and image I’m in Greece 😂. I just bought another one because I’m so impressed. I‘ll never use another kind. Oh and it arrived in perfect condition. It tastes authentic and much better than many of the store brands I’ve tried before. I’ve been using it for salads, dipping bread, and cooking, and it adds great flavor without being too heavy.
