UPDATE: I just received a new hairdryer yesterday in the mail. I may have just received a faulty one back in July. I surely hope this one lasts a long time because I really like it. It’s light weight, works well and has a long cord. Thanks for backing your product. I bought this hair dryer because of good reviews but I can’t give a good review. I purchased this hair dryer in July. I am the only one who uses it and by November it will only blow cold air. I contacted both Amazon and the rep told me to contact the company to resolve this. I realize I did not buy the warranty but I expect a hair dryer to work more than a few months. Hopefully the company will get in touch so I can revise my review. Was skeptical to purchase this dryer since it didn’t have many reviews like the other brands so I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did!! Drying power is great!! It can get very hot but I like how I can control how hot it gets. Another plus is when using the cooling button it actually blows out really cold air. I have long thick hair and I was impressed how quickly it dried my hair not only that it left my hair feeling soft! Great value for the money. The first dryer I received sadly was delivered damaged and decided to replace it and I’m glad I did. So far so good! ... show more
