**UPDATED** Seller offered a refund or replacement of the hair dryer. I chose to have a replacement sent. So far, the dryer is working perfectly. Pink was no longer in stock so I had a choice between black or blue. I went with the blue and it a lovely pastel shade. Initially I really liked this dryer. So much so that I ordered a second one for my daughter. The hot setting was a little lacking, but the weight (light), fan speeds, and attachments were all great. But after only a month of use - using just a few times a week - the motor burned out. At first, the low fan speed setting stopped working and I could only use it on the high speed. Then the next day, the dryer started making a terrible burning smell, filling the room with an awful acrid odor. To the bin it goes. Super disappointed.

I really like this hairdryer. It has everything I need. I love the attachments and the cute pink bag that it came with. The color of the hairdryer is so pretty. So far I have been very impressed by how it dries my hair. I like the airflow better than the older, traditional types of hairdryers. I think it's healthier for my hair, it doesn't seem as harsh. Overall I highly recommend this product. I pray it last and proves to be a good quality product overtime.

Hi guys this is the best blow dryer I've ever had. It's fancy and with the proper hair routine, it leaves my hair very hydrated and healthy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the back part of the blow dryer. It sucks your hair in through the valve, causing it to yank your hair out if you're not careful. The first time I used it it pulled out so much hair, that I had pain for the whole day. Especially if you flip your hair around so much to blow dry or diffuse.

This hair dryer is small and lightweight. I like that it has a relatively short barrel so I can reach the back of my hair more easily. The diffuser that comes with it works well. I've had it for over a year with regular use and it's still works like new. It has the basic settings and that's all I use. For $30 you're not going to find one better.

I bought this particular hair dryer because: the price was good; includes a diffuser; the number of attachments you get; advertised a quiet dryer; 600 more watts than my present dryer; and pretty color that goes with my bathroom a plus but not a necessity. The main drawback was the main reason I bought it: a diffuser that would lower the force of the fan so much that I could dry my dampened natural curls in the back of my head without blowing that part of my hair all over the place. However, it turns out that the fan is a little too strong for this diffuser to do that and messes up the style of the top hairs a little too much if I keep the dryer the right distance to heat the curls and dry them. This means that I have to keep the dryer further away from my hair and not get enough heat to dry them as quickly as I wanted. Also. I thought the spokes on the comb attachment were little tubes that would separate the hair highlights so that one would be able to see the under hair that is darker, but the spokes are not little tubes. Also, the heat and fan settings on High are not as powerful as my 1200Watt dryer that I presently have, which is an American brand so maybe countries measure wattage differently. But I kept the dryer because Im hoping my pretty dryer's fan will lower its force as it gets broken in, (giggle) wishful thinking eh? LOL
