I am disabled (use a cane) and needed something I can hold in one hand and use for my driveway. My brother showed me how to assemble it. The directions are not the greatest, but a lot of it is intuitive. It worked well on the leaves and it is light enough (without the extension added) so I can use it easily and carry it out while also using a cane. I wish the directions were more comprehensive but I was fortunate to have someone here who could show me how to use it. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and I think I will get a lot of use out of this, between my driveway and my deck. I have one that plugs in with a cord, too, but that was not practical for the driveway and this one is. This has been a great addition to my tools for the yard. It's easy to use and it does a good job. The battery life is decent and it said so when I purchased it. It doesn't last all day. It lasts about 30 to 40 minutes as advertised. It's worth the money.

I contacted customer service for information on how to get a spare battery. The rep, Floria, responded quickly and in within two days she sent me a battery free of charge! So far the blower works well and having an extra battery will double the run time.
