I am disabled (use a cane) and needed something I can hold in one hand and use for my driveway. My brother showed me how to assemble it. The directions are not the greatest, but a lot of it is intuitive. It worked well on the leaves and it is light enough (without the extension added) so I can use it easily and carry it out while also using a cane. I wish the directions were more comprehensive but I was fortunate to have someone here who could show me how to use it. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and I think I will get a lot of use out of this, between my driveway and my deck. I have one that plugs in with a cord, too, but that was not practical for the driveway and this one is. This blower works great for general clean up and to clean up my vehicles between washings. What is even more impressive is the OUTSTANDING customer service. This has been a great addition to my tools for the yard. It's easy to use and it does a good job. The battery life is decent and it said so when I purchased it. It doesn't last all day. It lasts about 30 to 40 minutes as advertised. It's worth the money.

I contacted customer service for information on how to get a spare battery. The rep, Floria, responded quickly and in within two days she sent me a battery free of charge! So far the blower works well and having an extra battery will double the run time.
