Well first off this is my first E- bike, I've done a ton of research on what style of bike I wanted and changed my mind a half a dozen times😅 the price was to good for me not to try this bike so I read the reviews, not a whole lot there, worst case I could just send it back, but the bike I must say is pretty awesome so far, easy to assemble the box came undamaged which is a plus! I'm 5'7" and it's the perfect height 👌🏿 The frame is solid, the seat is pretty comfortable and long which is a plus because you can actually have someone on the back as long as your under the weight limit and it comes with bank pegs, cool right! The LED display is large and in color check, I added a few things like new pedals, side mirrors drink holder, I do wish it came with a rear rack but hey can't have everything 😉. This is a very good looking bike and for the price you can't beat it unless you just don't like the dirt bike look which is understandable because I didn't when I first started this journey, And unless you get a damaged or faulty purchase this bike pretty much checks all the boxes if your looking for a inexpensive cool E bike to ride, all I can say the bike I got delivers all the expectations I'm looking for, this bike may not be for everyone but it's a great purchase for the money.... ... show more

Super fun bike. its too heavy to transport. so consider it a motorcycle or moped. 27.8 mph. equal a 49cc moped. the bike is large enough to be respected by cars, they think your a motorcycle a glance. suspension is creeky out of the box. you have to lube it. the full suspension is noisy. remove the top fork plate. clear the tangled wire. reinstall plate and install bars. i did need to adjust the tire to the rim.. add air and set the bead. cruse control on all settings. set to 15 mph. pedal a little and roll around all day. edit.. month later 150 miles and 6 charges in.. no issues at all. as with any bike you intend to ride.. check the bolts. wa mart bike... check the bolts. negative rewiews due to lose parts etc... are user error. ... show more

    • Brakes don’t work

I got the spike for my 12-year-old for Christmas. He drove it a handful of times before the brakes quit working on it in the back. It’s like when he pushes the break. It’s an empty push if that makes sense. Because I ordered it early for Christmas and he didn’t get back from his dads until later, by the time we got it put together and he used it, we were past the, return time. I reported it to the company. They told us what to do to tighten the brakes we did that. A couple times then Quit working again. Got with the company again. They sent us brakes. Paid to get the brake pads put on. Brakes worked for a handful of times and then quit working again. I told them from the beginning it’s not the brake pads. He did not get to use the bike enough for it to be the brake pads. There is a silver wire that we have to unscrew and tighten every single time. He rides the bike! It is very unsafe for my child to ride a bike that’s electric and the brakes not work!!! Contacted The company again, now they are offering a complete brake system. Which I of course, would have to pay to have someone put back on. This bike was hardly ever used! Has never worked properly! And the only resolution they have is for me to spend more money to continue trying to fix it! I do not recommend this bike! It is a lot of money for a bike that doesn’t work! It’s not like he was using it to go mountain biking, we live in Texas. He was simply using it to go to him from school. Extremely frustrating. ... show more

Seems like a good quality electric bike but it’s tall and there is no adjustment to the seat hight. My shorter family can not ride it. And it has an unidentifiable whining sound but otherwise rides fine. The led display/control got wet on a ride recently and now the electric doesn’t work on the bike. I’ve contacted seller. The e-bike is powerful. It can carry both my sons up a steep hill. My son likes the look of the bike. Customer support is available via email tamobykesporttech (at) 163 (dot com) but no phone support. Email support was a bit bumpy in the beginning but is helpful overall. I was able to get the control console manual and the part number for the front fork through email support. Edit (after 5 months of ownership): The charger stopped working after five months. Warranty had expired. The display control panel is also flaky now, The control panel doesn't turn on at the first attempt, so the power button needs to be tried several times (anywhere from 2 tries to over 10 tries) before it turns on. Sometimes, the control panel doesn't turn on at all, so you can't ride the ebike. ... show more
