I originally bought a king sized dark grey to cover my couch, because my German shepherds shed like crazy. I was very impressed with the quality, size and unbelievable softness. This blanket despite MANY washings and use by dogs still looks almost new when it comes out of the wash. So I bought another king grey and a throw size in grey, so I can have a clean set available all the time, since they need to be washed weekly. Then, because I love the feel of these blankets, I bought the purple (same color as this review) to use on my own bed. It’s lightweight but still so soft and cozy. The color is gorgeous. In a few weeks I am traveling out of state and will need to stay in a hotel for 10 days. Because I am a homebody and have a weird hang up about stuff near my face when I am in a hotel, I decided to order this purple throw to bring with me, a little bit of “home.” I knew the throw size wouldn’t add too much to the weight of my suitcase or take up too much room, so it was a no brainer for me. And of course, now I have a nice purple throw to use when I come home. These blankets will not disappoint. They are soft, lightweight, cozy, hold their color wash after wash and still look great. Highly recommend!

This blanket is very nice, very soft, and perfectly sized. However, I read reviews prior to purchasing and read that it “sheds.” This turned out to be true. There are tons of fuzzes all over in my bed. You don’t notice them or feel them, or know it’s happening at all unless you actually see it with your eyes. Very odd, but it isnt hurting me in any way and the blanket didn’t exactly break the bank, plus I love it in every other aspect.

This is exactly what I wanted. Fleece blanket that was actually lightweight. I needed more insulation than just the sheets, but every other blanket I tried was too much, and left me hot and stuffy at night. This hits the wonderful sweet spot and replaces a 20 year old fleece blanket that is finally giving up its ghost. Its also soft to the touch and doesn't have any kind of off smells out of the package or anything. Its also a bit oversized compared to sheets, which is exactly what you want for a bedding blanket so it can still drape over the sides of the bed with your body under it. I am also really enjoying that the olive green was actually olive green. Being nerd I wanted a "military green" blanket, and its just what I got.

Arrived at promised time and just in time for a cold dip in temperature. Here in Dallas area temps fluctuate to seem like extremes. Two days after arrival night temp went yo 40° with feel like a little lower and taking opportunity to test my new blanket. So soooooft, and warm, just love it. (Don't like using central heat unless absolutely necessary). So I recommend this item for a cozy warm sleep on a chilly to cold night PLUS, it looks great.
