Love this knife. Extremely sharp. I rinse/wash it/dry it right away after use. I dont leave it in the sink. I never put it in dishwasher. This has kept it beautiful, white, shining and sharp. (But I am one of those that like to keep knife sets mint)

I cook every day and I'm definitely a chef's knife person. However, since I bought this paring knife, I find myself reaching for it much more than I expected. It’s incredibly convenient, lightweight, and easy to control, especially for smaller, precise tasks like peeling or trimming. I also purchased the chef’s knife from the same set and quality line. While the blade performance is great, I didn’t enjoy the straight handle design. For anyone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen or simply wants a more comfortable cooking experience, I highly recommend choosing a chef’s knife with a rounded handle. It makes a noticeable difference in comfort during longer prep sessions. After about four months of daily use, the blade started to dull, which is completely normal with frequent use. Update after a year or so: I’m honestly very impressed with the quality of this product. The steel holds its edge surprisingly well, and I’ve only had to resharpen it once after extended use. For the price, the performance is excellent, and it has held up much better than I expected. I liked it so much that I ordered another one.
