This is a very well balanced knife that has a razor sharp edge straight from the box. The handle feels nice to hold and the blade length that is just a hair over 5.25" strikes a nice balance between a 4" and 6" kitchen knife. Would recommend and would buy again

I like this knife and use it every day. To me it handles like a Chinese chef's knife which I like. Being a cleaver it's a little heavy but I like that too. Though the blade is thicker like a real cleaver the grind works well for veggies. It's not intended to be pretty, but it's well made of 1 solid piece of steel with no cracks or crevices for food to lodge in.. It was sharp out the box and is easily maintained. I think it's a very good value for the price. Originally I wanted to use this knife to chop chicken thighs in half across the bone. Unfortunately this knife chips when used that way. I was going to give it away, but after repairing the edge and using it as a chef's knife I decided to keep it.

After using this knife for a couple of weeks I HAD to do a review. Not only is this knife beautiful. It is SCARY Sharp. It cuts through any tomato, veggies or meat effortlessly 😁. Well worth the money. Way cheap if you ask me. Have knives cost 3 times as much and don't cut half as good 👍
