I received this blanket in the queen size in orange. Its a very pretty orange, not bright but more like an orange sickle color, really pretty. I washed it as soon as I received it and I will say the lint trap in my dryer was not full, very minimal shed. It’s super soft and so comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. Not too heavy. I love this blanket. The color is bright and it’s deluxe soft. It keeps me warm but not to the point of overheating like other polyester blankets. Only thing - it shed something fierce until the 4th or 5th time I washed it. Like, I found tiny blue particles in dust bunnies under the bed. My husband and I have a king size bed, I order the California King size just because I like having a little bit of blanket hang down on the side. I have now bought MULTIPLE blankets and have even gotten some for my dad. These are the perfect lightweight blanket that still keeps you warm but doesn't have you sleeping in an inferno. I washed and dried this upon receipt, and it came out fine. It is like velvet it is so soft. I ordered black to go with a black duvet cover. The blanket is a very dark black which is what I hoped for and plenty warm. It is so soft and velvet looking. I love it and I am so glad I got it. Love it!
