We had purchased a couple of twin size similar blankets from Ikea back in 2019 and couldn't find them again. Figured we'd give these a try. Large, comfy, no weird smell. Had to wash them the day the arrived (thanks to our dogs). Had a little fuzz in washer, but nothing you don't normally see when washing similar material items for the first time. Washed on cotton setting and hot/cold. Very minimal fuzz in the dryer lint catcher. Dried on hot. No pilling or fuzz on blankets after drying either. I was concerned about this after reading several of the poor reviews, but we haven't had any issues at all. In fact, we just ordered two more so the current ones can be washed (i.e. back-up set). I've had this blanket over 8 months now. At 1st it left fuzzy on the bed after I washed it, no biggy to me... it was maybe 4-6 washes and then it stopped leaving little fuzz balls. It is still very soft and warm but not too warm. I live in Florida and this with my sheet is my summer blanket. I'm going to order more because my kids love my blanket and steal it off my bed all the time. 🙂 This is definitely true to the color you see in the description. At least on my screen, I saw this throw blanket as being a light dusty rose color, possibly w a slight beige tint to it almost… but it’s actually a lot pinker in person. Like almost baby pink. More pink than I was looking for, to go w my decor.. but the price was low enough (at $9.99) that it’s worth keeping around as an extra throw blanket…. It is extremely soft and cuddly and very thin! Which usually I wouldn’t think of as a positive, but in this throw blankets case, I’m oddly pleased with how lightweight it is! However, before I even had a chance to actually use it, my 3yo claimed it as his own and he has made SURE to make it the one that accompanies him to pre-k every day and to bedtime every night, so I actually never even got a chance to play with it lol… but it’s okay, his obsession for my baby pink blankie is so freakin cute that it made the entire purchase worth it. I guess I’ll have to buy him a different color one of these throw blankets if I ever want to see mine again though lol! Which I am happy to do at this price point! ... show more

okay this blanket did smell like sin straight out of the bag. but after a quick wash it was my favorite blanket in the world. it's so gigantic and it was one of the only things I bought for college. it's super cozy and my favorite color. it's so fluffy and beautiful. but something happened in the dorm dryer where it got pressed against the vent all over it because I think I overfilled it or someone before me left something plastic in there and it looks like tar got grilled onto it in many many spots. I totally had a breakdown over this because I'm too superstitious to not read into things like that, but I still use it even with the burnt scratchy grilled marks on it and it's not too bad. it's just very very sad. I got this as a blanket for my king bed. It’s super soft and large enough for sure. But for some reason it oonches down all night long and ends up at the bottom of the bed. The sheet and bedspread stay in place but it moves. I’ve since just put it over my bedspread and it works okay. But I’ll probably opt for a different type bed blanket. It would be a great extra large cozy living room blanket though if you want to share a blanket with someone on the couch. 😀 ... show more

I love my blanket! It is fuzzy and warm. Some nights if it is extremely cold you may need to double the blanket. The fuzziness does not fall apart after washing it nor does it get matted. My kids play around on it all the time and it still survives!
