I love these little Boveda packets for my pipe tobacco, as it make keeping the right humidity a snap. Normally, my tobacco arrives wet and takes a while to dry out to a point I can smoke it, but living in CO it then also has a habit of drying out too much. These packets help me to get damp tobacco to the right level and keep it there. I find 1 pack per 4 oz. works pretty well, but have maintained good humidity with up to 8 oz. too. Air tight jars work the best for storage, but a good freezer grade plastic storage bag will also do the trick for those without space or starting out. Tip: Use your old spaghetti sauce or salsa jars and lids once you have washed them well. If you don't wash them well, your tobacco could get a little funky. ;) ... show more
