I bought this blanket when I had to put all of my things in storage until I was ready to move. The blanket is so soft and very light but it provides the warmth that I needed. The only thing that removes a star is the size of the blanket. I purchased the king size blanket to put on my queen size bed and it's not big enough to drape down to below the box spring on each size of my bed. This is a lovely, soft throw, but it is smaller than I had hoped (it probably helps to read about the dimensions--or at least choose the right one from the options). It is very light weight, which is not excactly to my liking, but it does look nice with the purple bedspread it shares the bed with.
