I’ve only slept on it one night and I think I’m convinced. The filling feels soft but there’s a support and sturdiness to it. I have some long standing back pain from an old injury when I slipped down a set of stairs. Normally I’m a back sleeper (with a full face CPAP mask) and I typically lay with my head resting off to one side. I always brace in the mornings because my hip/back region will be stiff and it’s always a gamble on how sore I’m going to be in that first lift off of the day. I gotta tell you I braced for a twinge or something like the usual ache/throb but it wasn’t really an issue. Some tenderness still, but a very noticeable difference. It’s got my vote! Also bought some new silk like pillow cases to go with to really up the comfort. I can’t speak to its longevity but I do feel like the price was fantastic for a set of 2 queen sized. These pillows are amazing! I have slept so well after I started sleeping on these pillows. Great for side sleepers. I ordered the 4 pack and gave two to my mom and she loves them at well. If you want a great nights sleep I highly recommend these pillows. You will not be disappointed.

I'd give it 4.5 if I could. Let's be real. This is an inexpensive pillow. When I opened the vacuum-sealed bag, the pillow felt cheap and like it might be kind of lumpy. It also had a tiny bit of an unpleasant smell (but I'm sensitive to smells, so maybe you won't smell it). I threw it in the dryer with a dryer sheet for 15 minutes and let it fluff up. DESPITE that slightly negative first impression, when I went to bed that night, this pillow was amazing! It's soft and squishy and puffy, it cradles your head just right whether you're on your back, your side, or your stomach. Your head sinks in, but not all the way down and it still feels soft under your head and neck. This pillow replaced a memory foam nightmare that gave me a neck ache every night and sunk in but felt like a brick under my head. One night of using this pillow and I woke up with NO neck pain, no headache, just restful sleep. Buy the cheap, slightly smelly pillow. :) It's really worth it. Even if it turns to crap in 6 months, I'll buy two more because it's that great. ... show more

I am very picky regarding my pillows. I don’t like flat pillows but I also don’t like hard pillows that hurt my neck after sleeping on them for awhile. I really like these pillows. They are so comfortable and soft but have structure at the same time. I’ve used them 6 weeks now and they have kept their shape. 2 goes into my bed shams and I have the other 2 to sleep on. Marshmallow soft. I would definitely recommend them. I will buy again whenever I need new ones. Great price. ... show more

I must say I was sceptical when I placed my order but it wasn’t necessary. This pillow has maintained its shape which in turn provides excellent support for my neck. Even while providing excellent support, the filling makes it soft and comfortable as well. The cover is, in fact, easy to spot clean. The couple of spots I had came clean with a simple water wipe. I would recommend this pillow to anyone looking for good neck support with soft comfort and that hotel quality you wish you had at home. ... show more

Okay overall. Does hold shape and is firm. But also a little too firm, I found it too high behind my neck when on back as well when sleeping on my side so I’d wake up with neck pain. I wouldn't purchase again
