Our portable AC unit drips water out of the valve on the back, especially on hot days when it’s working really hard. The carpet got soaked before we realized it! Unfortunately, the valve is placed so low that you can’t catch the water unless you lift the unit up. Now that it’s up on these risers, I can fit a 16 qt plastic bin (6 3/4" high) behind it to catch the leaks, which we empty out a couple times per week. The AC unit has small caster wheels which rest in the riser wells securely, so I’m not worried about it tipping over. It’s much more secure than my temporary solution of setting in on a flat, wooden stool on which it could have rolled off with a push from my toddler! It took me a little searching to find risers that were high enough and a bin of the right height to fit behind it, but I’ve got it all dialed in now! It’s a solid, strong product. Would recommend!

I have a 16 inch heavy duty steel folding twin xl bedframe with a 10 inch thick mattress. There is about 5 inches of play if you lift the end of the bed up. The 5 inch risers worked perfectly to raise the front end of the bed and the middle legs of the bed are still solidly on the floor. Perfect for me. Still have extra risers for something else.

The wife and I just upgraded to a King size bed. Our new bed frame is an adjustible one so we don't have a traditional box spring anymore. My wife and I are both tall so it was a long way to get down to the bed and we didn't like it. We also have a dog who likes to sleep under the bed and he couldn't fit anymore. So we got this product to riase the bed back up to a height fitting our lifestyle. This also allowed us to use the available open space under the bed for storage. Down side is having a king size bed using 8 legs and this pack only comes with 4 so you have to purchase 2 sets. The "hard" part of installing these is physically lifting the part of the bed where you are placing a riser on the floor, but overall they do what you need them to do.

Love that these are adjustable and the plastic is not flimsy. I had another set for my son's bed but we are redecorating and because of tight spacing we decided to utilize the space underneath his bed. These risers make the bed the perfect height to store some larger bins underneath. Great purchase for smaller rooms/apartments

I bought these not realizing it wouldn't work with my bedframe which has 6 legs instead of four, for starters. Its also is one of those bedframes that is foldable, so when I put the risers under the legs, the middle folded down and it was no longer sitting flat 😬 so don't make the same mistake I did! Check your bedframe before you buy.

The base of these are wide (to keep the versatility of use I'm sure), and it required pulling a table a little more away from the wall than I'd like, but overall they are easy to use, sturdy, and you can use them as two sets of a 3" and 5" riser, if desired.

This is definitely the best riser if you want either the adjustable feature, or to be higher than the standard 5". If you're concerned about stability, buy velcro dots to secure bed legs to riser, or strips to secure risers to floor. My SIL has had these under a queen size bed for over a year with no issues.
